We are aware of Vit. D. Topic for another article. The above actually would also include Vit.D, Zinc, Quercetin. And you're bang on about Mike Holick... brilliant. No doubt other antioxidants would also be welcome (e.g. Vit. C a la Paul Marik)

It concerns ME that methylene blue is a monoamine oxidase inhibitor which could put people at risk for serious drug interactions. There are many, many drugs that should not be taken with MAO-I’s. They are legion. They are mostly comprised of (but not limited to) all anti-depressants on the market to date, which literally millions of people take and I find it more than a bit concerning that it’s never mentioned. Also, as an MAO-I it could potentially have anti-depressant like activity/side effects especially if taken every day as there were once multiple drugs that used this inhibition of monoamine oxidase as their primary function—most were removed from the market but a couple still remain. I’m generally ignored (or deleted) when I make these observations but they should be at least taken into consideration. Methylene blue was really only ever used as a short term (day or days) treatment for methemoglobinemia—a condition I would wish on nobody. Or as a dye.

CoQ10 has also showed in research studies "miraculous" heart benefits.
I’ve been taking it for at least 6 months. I feel great! Dr. Mercola, Ana Mihalcea and many others talk good about it.

Stay away from methylene blue -- it has questionable safety profile and inconclusive real research...
What about Methylene Blue! I’ve heard that it breaks apart whatever causes the clotting.
Stay away from that.
What is wrong with it?
