Ebola is not airborne, it is spread only by physical contact. Therefor, its spread is slow and limited. I really wouldn't worry about it turning into a raging epidemic. It is easy to avoid.
Ebola is real and if they have Weaponized it it’s time to shut down all travel to and from Uganda. Letting it spread around the world reinforces the medical mafia control of the human race!

During the last ebola scare, the US government flew ebola victims to the US for treatment. There were a few cases among American health care workers. To the great disappointment of the US government, it didn't become an epidemic here. Now they've probably done gain of function research on it and are ready to improve the performance in the US. The CDC will say, it's best that we fly some ebola patients to the US, in order to better treat and understand it. Uganda doesn't have the modern facilities to treat it. And then the weaponized ebola spreads to health care workers.
