Of the several different blood parameters that make up the PULS test for predicting 5-year heart attack risk, the most elevated amongst this large (566 patients!) cohort at a cardiology practice after double jab and against existing baseline was Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), which is a surrogate for antigen-driven T-cell infusion into heart tissue. What could be causing that? Hmmmmmmmmmmmm
