There will be a future and humans and other life forms are likely to continue evolving. That is the real challenge is how to go forward and see to it nothing like this is ever repeated. We need focus groups composed of those who are truly - spiritually and intellectually - fortified for the task ahead. There is much discussion, debate, and writing which must be done. That and a a ton of just plain old work.
