I personally think that God The Father is using this precious child. Look at the love, empathy and mixed emotions this angel has produced. Yes, Will is an angel who is doing his Father’s work. This child chose to be an instrument of God’s message. So much will come out of this, I firmly believe.
As I said on another post, the cardiac surgeon who does the operation has absolute 100% say as to how she conducts the operation and what devices, medicines and blood productd she needs. No government or hospital administration can get in the way. Not even the law or a judge. So if the surgeon.wants untainted blood for transfusion, she gets it. She is "god" at the operating table and she is wholly and completely responsible for the successful outcome. She can never blame someone else. If she doesn't get what she wants because some government lacky doesn't want to let her have it, then she can easily refuse to do the op. So if it is true that only untainted blood was used, then it was her demand alone for the reasons I gave above. I hope she did the right thing because if baby Wills dies because of the surgeons poor decision, then it is the surgeon who is the murderer. She can't blame anyone else. This is the way it is in an operating theatre and I know.
