Here's an URL where I did a search for this book, which says it was on Amazon - however it's since been taken down. Book is on other websites though. Amazon says it was published Sept. 9, day before Kirk was killed, but other websites say Sept. 10 and this is a listing where it gives ISBN number. Things that make you go hmmm...
