Finally!!! Now let’s actually get it done!!!

It won't get done. Between $$$$$$ from Big Pharma lobbyists and "Drugs companies will go out of business/ prices will explode!!!!!" our so called "elected officials" will all vote against it.

I laughed when I read where RFK, Jr. was going to take Big Pharma down. People have No idea how many wealthy, powerful people are behind Big Pharma. The creator of the 1st vaccine said it, himself in an interview: I would not allow my family/friends to get these vaccines; as, Big Pharma was Created for Only 1 Purpose--To Make $$$$$$$! I posted it on Fakebook way back.

Finally Rand is actually doing something. He has been all talk and no action against Fauci. Rand is really a RINO, so I don't expect much to come of this.

Just sick to think our beloved late President Reagan signed that original act into law. Sick and disgusting! Let’s get this new one done!

I pray 🙏🏽 this is once and for all successful! Besides that we know the unnecessary, unnatural, and malicious harm all shots do, just the idea of free marketing & and no liability makes absolutely no common sense!!! 🙏🏽❤️‍🩹🙏🏽

The Pushers paid off everybody in Congress and threatened to quit making vaccines to get this bill passed. Now the Pushers will do the same thing to block Senator Paul’s bill. They might fail.

It's nice to see Rand finally do something besides continuously stab President Trump in the back.

He's still a treasonous piece of sh*t though.

What chance does this have of actually ending the liability protection?

The odds that the bill we be passed in the Senate is slim to none. Why? The Senators don't have the courage and guts to defy the wishes of Big Pharma. The medical lobbyists are hired by Big Pharma to control the direction of medicine. 38 Million is spent directly on a annual basis to accomplish this. The lobbyists will remind the Senators who butters their bread for re-election.

Those that vote yes will be replaced in the next election with Big Pharma money supporting the new candidate. That is how DC works. The Rand Paul bill should have included eliminating consumer advertising or RX drugs that come across that Rx drugs make you happy! BS!

If this gets passed, it will at least ameliorate some of the anti-Trump actions Rand has perpetrated lately!! Limiting ANY manufacturers' product liability is a travesty and in this case probably criminal!!!

IT'S DECADES OVERDUE. NOW LETS PASS IT

I will have to read the completed bill to make a judgement, however, in order to protect research funding, some accommodation for liability in in development and testing phases will be necessary. The elimination of those protections need to disappear though, for vaccines allowed into the market. This distinction will encourage continued development of approved vaccines AFTER initial release. This is something that has been sorely lacking, due solely to the additional R&D costs required of the companies involved. Hopefully Rand realizes this and incorporates it as he should.

Well, kudos to Rand Paul. Notice, it took a repub to take this action. It's better late than never!
