The downstream consequences of major moves like this will be enormous.
You'll see pharma companies dropping like flies, unable to cope with their lawsuit liabilities, fund their own research without the US government bankrolling them, or having to tell the truth and conduct actual legitimate qualification testing.
Which will be bad for the bubble economy we got going these days, but the tough times will hopefully bring strong people to the fore to rebuild this country into what it is supposed to be.
My understanding is, and I am not a lawyer, so I may be off, that they can't be sued directly for vaccine injuries, but could be sued for false advertising leading to injuries, for their cooked data leading to injuries, lying to a government regulator leading to injuries, etc. And, of course, Tylenol isn't a vaccine, so no holds barred on that one.
Your assessment is correct. Vaccines have limited value, but the vaccine boys have created mandates by convincing the NIH gatekeepers that it is required.. They have maximized the profitability of vaccines and it has nothing to do with good health. NIH has to return the practice of medicine to the community physician who should be the decision maker for medical treatment and not by mandates. i thought using tylenol as the headliner while talking constantly about vaccines throughout the press conference was brilliant. it confused all the vaccine fanatics and delayed the pressure on them while easing up to it. the sad reality is that every pediatrician will tell parents to give their children tylenol after vaccination if they have any discomfort or fever- absolutely the WORST thing you can do.
if RFKjr and trump can pierce the liability shield from the 1986 childhood vaccine act, manufacturers will voluntarily drop out of the game. the only thing that allows them to make obscene profit while destroying children is the government's protection.
Aaron Siri is looking for 15 more lawyers to add to his already 100 attorney firm. there will be a tidal wave of law suits. if the US government had to pay all the damages, the country would go bankrupt in days but if the drug companies have to pay A) they can afford it and B) they will get smaller and poorer and be unable to exert so much control over policy
I find it interesting that Gottleib refers to aluminum as alum. A vast majority of the population don't realize what he is actually talking about is aluminum, otherwise some of them might start questioning why we are putting aluminum in people when it is one of the most toxic metals around. Remember when word got out about not using aluminum cookware? And then there was the "don't use deodorant with aluminum in it"? It doesn't take a genius to figure this out.

congress exempted big phama from vax lawsuits, you have to beg the US vaccine court to give you compensation.

I hope so. Tylenol is the #1 cause of liver failure in the US, in addition to it's adverse effects on pregnancy and child development.
