I'm not in the medical field at all but the older I get I am starting to think that cancer is your lymph system getting clogged up. c60 has no good research behind it, is mostly suspended in rancid oil, and the sole rat study actually showed negative lifespan effect.
I spoke with the lab that supplied the rats for that study -- i would highly discourage the use of this supplement.
