I'm not sure that there are that many lawyers that would take on the case, or many judges that would hear it. As for doctors... how many would actually testify in court that the Miracle MRNA killed someone? It would be the end of their careers.
As for people, the vast majority that I know would be totally OK with it being re-classified as a therpeutic, because "I didn't die from C0VID." Even those who have issues from it still think C0VID is worse.
Yes, I realize I know a lot of delusional liberals.
I would imagine that if/when a few of these cases are judged in our favor, and damages are attached there will all of a sudden be lotsa lawyers lining up to litigate.
This is not a denunciation of lawyers, per se, just a hunch.
Get ready for the legal infomercials "If you've been vaccine injured!!!....If you suffer from any of these conditions!!!...."
Having said that, I am very happy about the Ninth Circuit decision. Now if only that decision makes it to MSM.
I think that depends on what state you live in. Because my lawyer is not jabbed nor is any of his family neither is my Chiropractor and that’s really the only doctors I go to lol
