There are several researchers that now believe the Europeans are descendants of the '10 lost tribes'. Knowing that many of the modern non-Sephardic Jew is a descendant of Khazaria, biblically they may not have a claim to be Jewish. Those that maintain blood quantum from Ashkenaz, a descendant of Noah, may still be; of course they have intermingled with Europeans. It seems some have a blood feud with their European cousins, as well as there being some form of a civil war raging within Judaism at this time. We live in the most interesting of times.
