I have had "high cholesterol" since we first measured it when at USAF School of Aero Med in 1962 . I have hev been told by every physicsian I visited to take statin drugs or I would DIE??
I ignored them, and I'm still here. The former chairman of my Dept at Medical School just died?? Who knows for whom the bell tolls. Live a healthy and Happy life. No sugar or alcohol.

Yep…peer pressure and travel…I wouldn’t take mRNA ModeRNA or Pfizer…
