My wife & I have been doing what is called Oxygen Therapy in a certain way that kept us from getting sick for Many Years..!
We take 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide on an empty stomach first thing in the morning in a glass 🥃 of water, at least a cup and admittedly it tastes a bit bleachy, but we follow it with a few sips of either Grapefruit juice or Orange juice to clear the palate and it helps the H2O2 get absorbed. Then we wait for at least 1/2 an hour or 45 mins and we go about our day…
In 13 Years running, I’ve had No Cold, No Flu, not even an allergy.!
And my wife who thought I was nuts, decided to try it herself.?
18 Years running, No Cold, No Flu, No allergies.. All with No Vaccine, No Big Pharma Drugs..

That must be true. I have a blood test from 1996 with my Vitamin D at 57. I haven't had the flu since 1984. My keep my D level in the 80s now.
