He worked for Public Health Dept of Pennsylvania for many years, advising the public, doctors, govt how to manage disease & illness. He also worked with a Nobel prize winning scientist at her invitation. He used to help make vaxes in 1970s but quit when he learned from another scientist that cancer cells are put into vaxes.
