Your immune system can be hardy but vaccines keeps compromising your immunity. Just eat well and get exercise and proper rest. Take vitamins and amino acids. Stay away from vaccines. The world existed for millions of years. Also just look to the control groups: Menonites and Amish. They are healthy and don’t believe in vaccines!
I find it weird that we have to continually repeat that vaccines/flu shots are not efficacious and even make health worse. I think we need to start making the case that vaccine science is "junk" science, made up science, all fiction!! It looks like vaccines are a shot of poison given with the lies that it boosts your immune system to work better and harder against disease when in fact vaccines do nothing of the sort!!!!The narrative is given only to strike fear into a person so they will freely take another shot of poison that does not work like they say it does. Medicine is still being administered like in the Dark Ages. There are some scientists today, now, who are changing all this allopathic fiction medicine and soon we may see health come back to real truth, I hope.

Most doctors, nurses, and other medical workers are required to take a flu jab. They then push flu jabs on patients, and then push pills to combat the flu. Spreading sickness is a big circle of coercion and profits.
That was proven in 2018 in the USA when Fauci announced that 80,000 Americans died from the flu and 160, million Americans believe that getting the flu injection would help them! Then he realized that they had to reduced the number because the more people that get the flu injection less should die from the flu. Then he said that 59,000 died. I think the deranged medicine man realized that they have to find a new program for injecting people and along comes Covid and the RNA. Then, of course, there was no flu, and nobody died of the flu, and the medical profession was enriched by claiming everything was Covid. My friend at 94 died from a fall in a nursing home and the death certificate said he died of the Covid. His son demanded that they correct the death certificate which they did. The medical con job of the 21st century.!
One last thought.. if they ever measured immune system dysfunction and low vitamin D in a study correlating that with the incident of death, they would probably get the answer of where and how to prevent deaths from the flu. Never happened because it would destroy the vaccine industry.

Had two vaccines, the MMR the university required, and a Tetanus shot when I was 4 which hurt so much I couldnt walk for 4 days, and my parents said never again. Should have listened to them about the mmr but didn't know about exemptions, which should be the first thing they tell you before any mandated highly dubious medical treatment

The company I worked for offered free flu shots every year. A lot of us got them. I stopped when the covid shots came out and I discovered how bad they were. I don’t trust any of those shots now.
