I am extremely high risk if I would have followed their guidelines at the time due to age and medical problems and blah, blah, blah. Happy to say that I am still alive and well. Not sure if I would be if I had had jabs for every variant.

I've started doing my own phlebotomy. Drawing off 20cc per week ( I got a box of 18 gauge needles and one 20cc syringe from a local animal supply store) has been shown to be about ideal...depending on some dietary considerations, like eating a lot of red meat, etc..
