think i mentioned i had the covid a couple of weeks back, well i was ill again this week, took weds and thurs off. was only ill for a day (due to high dosing liposomal vit c) but i dont think my immune system fully recovered despite being unjabbed. i have been working real hard physically but i wonder if we are reaching mericks disease where the unjabbed are badly effected by the mutations. hope im wrong and i just never fully gave my body the rest it needed.
It sounds like you haven't rested enough to give your body enough time to heal. I had covid almost six weeks ago. Although it was the most mild flu I've ever experienced, I needed an extra couple of weeks to get past the persistent fatigue. I slept a lot and got through it just fine. I am feeling well and back to normal. Give yourself a break and slow down as much as you can, sleep can be a great healer. I hope you are feeling better very soon. :-)
