I did what I could for protocols listed on other sites. I’m still taking nigella satvia daily. It’s the only thing that helped.
What else should I be taking daily that I missed? I need help as I still have health issues. Please help us. : ).

Try adding pine needle tea to your list [it doesn't taste piney and is rather mild in flavor oddly enough].

Do you think it’s safe to use daily?
I don't see why not. The kind I bought as tea bags was mild. When I made my own from my pine trees it made me gassy. Other than that...! =O
