For instance, did you know that Purdue, the maker of Oxycontin, would pay a "bonus" to pharmacy chains like CVS or Walgreens for any patients that died of an overdose?
So WHAT can we do if a loved one(especially otherwise healthy ones, and young, like barely 37 years young and an amazing husband and father to 3 young littles)is killed and the proof is all there, easy peasy win. BUT, prior to this, that state passed a "law" providing immunity for drs/hospitals from being sued for ANY reason if the deceased had covid, even if it wasn't the admitting diagnosis. Pathologist (obtained independently by us) said cod was shower of pulmonary emboli bi laterally). Labs they did daily proved he had clots and kept climbing yet they NEVER gave him anything other than lovenox inj q day? His d-dimer was greater than 5000(5000 being the highest that lab tracks)AND they gave permission for him to get up and sit in the chair, which is when the meteor shower of blood clots entered both lungs and he died within minutes while my 31 year old daughter watched helplessly! This is jacked up and I need someone who can advise me how to get the freakin "law" overturned now that all of this is public knowledge and sure those you know what's bc my daughter is a SAHM! It's been a horriffic 6 months and this is a MAJOR factor in the grieving process bc we refuse to sit by and let them get away with this and WORSE- keep MURDERING PEOPLE!
