IF passed and then in any way instituted, the IHR Amendments would be wholly unconstitutional, and as such their implementation would be a subversion to the rights of We the People.
IF this illegitimate One World Government power grab is passed, and the federal government were to in any way, shape or form hand over legislating/mandating powers to WHO, then that would be an blatant treasonous act.
This government has already imposed "mandates" based on the "advice" of the private and wholly captured CDC, thus if the WHO attains these Cabal self-granted powers you can rest assured the the current administration will implement them as soon as the WHO manufactures the next “pandemic”.
And another "pandemic" will be rolled out very soon as part of the upcoming PSYOP-22 program, irrespective of IHR.
BUT if IHR is passed, then the merging of the CDC and the WHO will allow for significantly more draconian "mandates" when the next lockdown 2.0, and the associated masking, DEATHVAX™ 2.0 injections, passports, etc. & etc. are instituted under color of law and WHO "mandates" which would themselves be a flagrant application of color of law.
