And we need to get rid of all electronic voting machines; have all elections conducted with water-marked paper ballots with no more printed and distributed than the number of pre-registered voters in each respective voting precinct; immediate and uninterrupted counting of all ballots as soon as the polling places close with verification of number of ballots cast, unused ballots matched against the registered voter list; and all voting performed in person on Election Day with very limited exceptions for bed-ridden individuals.
