I believe there is enough evidence for ICC, but Reiner Fuellmich could not get them interested in prosecution. We need State grand juries to investigate and prosecute, as is being done in FL. There are several other states that could do this without criminal referrals prior to empaneling the jury.

If “someone” accidentally or purposefully released the fabricated virus to the world how could they keep it under control and manipulate it’s effects for so long and with such precision?
