Of course, this ties directly into the decarbonization = depopulation operation known as “climate change”; to wit:

To be a “virtuous” Death Cultist is not merely to subject oneself to never-ending lockdowns and DEATHVAX™ servings, but it is also to behave in accordance with the Cabal’s stated groupthink en route to you will own nothing, not limited to your very own carbon based body and be “happy”, or else. Because in the not so distant future, if said “virtuousness” and “happiness” levels are for whatever reasons not within the A.I. social credit score parameters, then the rewards will become punishments.

As reported by The Counter Signal, the primary means of implementing a social credit score is by using a digital ID, central bank digital currency, and mass surveillance so that the government can monitor your purchases and interactions and limit access to funds to compel behaviour. The EU previously acknowledged the risk of mass surveillance and planned to ban facial recognition, specifically within the context of social credit score systems.
The CBDC and UBI components of this digital ID are critical as PSYOP-FOOD-SUPPLY-SHORTAGES-22 will reinforce the need for perennial State handouts, with PSYOP-CYBER-WAR-22 and PSYOP-POWER-GRID-OUTAGE-22 on deck for good measure. All of this coincides with the upcoming stock “market” crash that will end all global financial markets as we know them.
