The ratification and adoption of this document allowed this destruction of individual liberties. The Articles of Confederation in Perpetuity was trashed in its adoption due to conspiracy from Hamilton and others, see the Annapolis Convention. The tyranny lies in its existence. The letters between the founders, both antifederalists and federalists(monarchists) tell a different story.
Officially Disallowing the minutes discussed by the delegates, and swearing of secrecy in the Constitutional Convention debates for 50+ years along with the academic record basically ignored for the same tenure, gives evidence of the murder of the Articles in this conspiracy, and our individual freedoms from this bastard federal system.
The Continental Army Banker that embezzled millions during the war was a possible motivation, and he swore he would hang if discovered in a letter in the National Archives . Those debts were nullified in Philadelphia in 1791 with that awful document.

The opening paragraph misses the fact that we traded a King 3,000 miles away for a King 3 miles away. Might I suggest reading the anti federalists opposition of that tyrannical document know as the US Constitution.

The Constitution or Bill of Rights is least tyrannical document in history; and this is why 10A law of construction prevents other amendments from subverting states and We the People.
