The traditional flu vaccine has a miserable success record depending on how accurate the guessing is. I’ve never had one and haven’t had flu for 40 years. I remember my sister saying that she had one once offered at work and had a miserable winter with constant sniffles. Vit D, ZN, Vit C will serve you much better without side effects.

As soon as they increased the strength and toxicity of the adjuvants in the flu vaccine for everyone over 65yrs old I came to my senses. I remember thinking that if they brought a jab out for RSV too, I'd know they were trying to kill us.
