Rosa Koire was perhaps the most articulate and powerful intellect speaking out against the anti-human Agenda 21. This substack posted an article on her yesterday, which received a critical edit regarding the difference between Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030:

“Rosa Koire is a retired forensic commercial real estate appraiser specializing in eminent domain valuation. Her twenty-eight year career as a District Branch Chief for the California Department of Transportation (expert witness on land use and value) has culminated in exposing the impacts of Sustainable Development on private property rights and individual liberty.
In 2005, she was elected to a citizens’ oversight committee in Santa Rosa, Northern California, to review a proposed 1,300 acre redevelopment project in which 10,000 people live and work. Her research into the documents justifying the plans led her, with her partner Kay Tokerud, to challenge the fraudulent basis for the huge Gateways Redevelopment Project. The City, in an attempt to block Koire from exposing the project, removed the neighborhood in which Koire and Tokerud’s properties were located from the redevelopment area.
Koire and Tokerud fought on, however, not wanting to abandon the thousands of business and property owners still in the area. They formed a business and property owners association and a non-profit organization (Concerned Citizens of Santa Rosa Against Redevelopment Law Abuse) and were able to raise nearly $500,000 in donations and pro bono legal work to sue the City of Santa Rosa to stop the project.
The court case, Tokerud v. City of Santa Rosa, lost in Superior Court but the court ruled that they could continue, and they appealed to the San Francisco First District Court of Appeals where they lost again in 2009. The three years of litigation fighting eminent domain and the redevelopment project succeeded in delaying the project while the economy collapsed and ultimately killed the project when redevelopment was stopped in California.
Over the course of the legal challenge, Koire became aware of the source of the planning revolution she had observed over more than 10 years: UN Agenda 21. Through her research she found that much of the funding to implement local UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development land use programs comes through the diversion of property taxes to redevelopment agencies. Her work in providing information and solutions for communities fighting UN Agenda 21 has spread across the nation and the world as more and more people become aware of the increased restrictions on their property rights, and the methods used to implement social engineering.
Through her websites DemocratsAgainstUNAgenda21.com and PostSustainabilityInstitute.org, and her grassroots tactical organization, Santa Rosa Neighborhood Coalition, she, with other community leaders, has enabled activists on many seemingly unconnected issues to come together and fight the source: UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development. In 2010, the non-profit organization she and her partner founded was expanded in scope and renamed The Post Sustainability Institute.”

This push for the COVID shot ignores the fact that the CDC statistics show that COVID-19 threatens less than 1% of the population, the “vaccine” provides no protection against getting or transmitting COVID and it has caused serious injuries and more deaths than all other vaccines together in the last 15 years.
Rosa’s clarion call to freedom will be sorely missed as the world faces these unprecedented challenges. However, Rosa left us with much inspiration and guidance on how to stand up now. The greatest tribute to Rosa now is to carry on her mission to protect humanity from this global agenda.

In this 12/15/2019 video, Rosa explains “communitarianism” which says that the individual’s rights should be balanced against the rights of the community. The COVID-19 “health” policies imposed communitarianism and shamed people who don’t accept it as “selfish” and guilty of “killing others”.
Rosa explains in this video even before the implementation of the COVID policies that “The United States of America is under attack right now. The goal is to destroy elected government. The principles are fascism — the joining together of corporations, non-governmental organizations, and governments”.
The lockdown of “non-essential” businesses destroyed many small firms and enriched corporations like Amazon and big box stores. The closure of restaurants has undermined the food chain just as Bill Gates has bought more American farmland than any other person and wants to force people to eat his fake meat. NOW Is The Time To Get Informed and Act
Rosa warns that people are not aware that the Agenda 21 plan is to destroy representative government through regionalization with unfathomable consequences for freedom and property rights. She says, “The only thing that is standing between that and full passage is our lawsuit.” Rosa launched a lawsuit to stop the plan in California where she lived which is a model for the rest of the US. She explained that Agenda 21 is building the “concentration camps” of the future by forcing everyone into cities. She says, “It’s much more subtle and much more sophisticated than when the Nazis were doing it.”
Rosa explains,
“Everything is destined to collapse our economies because this is a corporatocracy. It’s a totalitarian state being developed right now all over the world. What major corporations want in this fascist development is to be able to have full movement of workers without borders or boundaries and to reduce wages.”
Rosa points out:
“I think it’s very important to know that the people now, still, have an opportunity to fight. All of us across the world understand that our individuality is at stake here. Our most important private property is our body.”
That includes the right to reject the experimental COVID “vaccine”.
Rosa stresses,
“While we are moving toward the end game, we are not there. This is the opportunity that all of us have now to stand up, to speak out, to refuse to collaborate, to refuse to cooperate, to expose collaborators, to work together to defund these plans, to refuse what the corporations want to give us. Because no one is holding a gun to our heads right now, we have that opportunity. If that moment changes, you certainly won’t protest then. So, NOW is the time!”
She adds,
“People all over the world are doing this. It’s just that the mainstream media is owned by five major corporations and you’re not going to get this information from the mainstream press. So, you need to be your own press. You need to educate yourself. You need to get out there and educate your neighbors, your community — your real community. You need to help your children understand that they’re being indoctrinated from pre-kindergarten to post graduate school.
All of us have our responsibility to ourselves and to others. This is true community — to work for personal freedom. Always remember that even though we work as a group, if we do work as a group, we are all individuals in those groups and we answer only to ourselves. This is essential. As free human beings, this is what we are. We are free and we need to continue to be free.”
Rosa concludes,
“I do believe that we will win, but we have to become aware that there is a fight — and then make our friends and our neighbors, our community aware as well.”

Your posts alone are enough to give a prelude to 20-20 hindsight, but thanks to your heads up, I just bought the Kindle version of 'Behind the Green Mask'. Not yet sure how Rosa Koire's (RIP) insights and suggestions will play out in Japan ... but now that the ruling LDP has weathered the summer election, Japan has been hit by a nearly predictable 'historically high surge' in the plandemic. Just a guess, but the current herding of the fear-blinded working class to 'pineapple-validated' PCR tests will soon be followed by the central bank printing another trillion in 'emergency funds' — no doubt to be picked up by the ruling class to fund a further buy-out of tangible assets from the rest of us as we are hobbled by stagflation.
