With Putin’s patience wearing thin in his “non-war” PSYOP-UKRAINE-INVASION as his casualties continue to mount, the chances of a limited tactical nuclear strike are now all but assured.
This substack has been warning since last year that the One World Government has been game-planning and table-topping various nuclear war scenarios. As such, they wrongly believe that limited nuclear deployments pose small risks while reaping fantastical rewards in terms of mass inducing fear and imposing ever greater control on the global populations.

‘EVACUATE NOW’: China tells citizens to leave Ukraine amid nuclear fears
China has told its citizens in Ukraine to evacuate the country immediately, fuelling fears a nuclear attack is imminent.
According to Chinese state media, the Chinese embassy in Ukraine is helping to organize the sudden exodus.
“With the current grim security situation in Ukraine, China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chinese Embassy in Ukraine urge Chinese citizens in the country to enhance safety precautions and evacuate,” the Global Times tweeted.
Separate reports say the Foreign Ministry and Embassy also made the appeal in a press release.
“Those in Ukraine should contact the embassy as soon as possible and register their personal information,” one Chinese website said.
“People who voluntarily evacuate and transfer by themselves are asked to report to the diplomatic mission.”
The asiaMarkets.com article goes on to state that tensions in Ukraine have “escalated to a new level.”
Apparently, it not just China that has been tipped off as to what is coming, but Russia’s other allies are also evacuating ahead of the mini-mushroom clouds:

Also reinforcing the possibility that nuclear strikes are forthcoming is a Mirror Online article on Russians oligarchs seeking their own private bomb shelters as well as the Russian government ordering inspections and preparations of legacy Russian cold war public shelter facilities for recommissioning.
Reports claim that wealthy Russians are buying up private bomb shelters with their own kitchens, beds and toilet facilities. A Telegram channel has claimed Russian President Vladimir Putin has a list of people ready to join him in his bunker.
This is clearly not mere fear-mongering.
Wealthy Russians are reportedly building nuclear shelters amid concerns about how poorly the war is going for Vladimir Putin.
Reports said that Russia's elite has access to bunkers that fit a total of 100,000 people and authorities have been carrying out checks on them.
Russia's NTV channel said: "20-to-30 bunkers are bought in Moscow each week, and the trend is increasing."
This “war” may actually be going exactly as planned for Putin, the CFR, WEF, UN, et al.
As PSYOP-19 wanes ahead of the upcoming and potentially DOA PSYOP-22, PSYOP-WW3 may be the requisite final solution ahead of PSYOP-MARKET-CRASH.
