Judges all over the nation have jumped on this ship. One of the main criteria for "standing" is whether the citizen has realized actual harm. One of the main ways to determine if "harm" has actually occurred is if it cost them something, or cost them more than it should have. If income taxes are completely done away with - and I really have NO problem with that course of action - then citizens would lose one the main ways they can "prove" they have "standing" to bring legal action against the gubmint. That is, until the "Brimmer Test" is successfully quashed by SCOTUS - I have no idea when, or if, that might occur.
