In early 2020 Dr. David Martin was in a video with JFK Jr, Dr. Mikovits, and Rocco, where Martin said that we can't win the game using the language of the globalists that distracts away from the root facts.
The root fact is that the socalled COVID "vaccine" is not a vaccine, by definition, but a scheduled bioweapon per the language in the patents, per Dr. David Martin. Dr. Martin also pointed out that it was illegal to patent bioweapons, and that it is illegal to inject any humans with bioweapons. Dr. Martin said federal law identified these as criminal felonies with 99 year prison terms and huge fines.
Has anyone seen this root argument recommended by one of the smartest guys in the world, Dr. Martin, used anywhere in any court case against COVID injection mandates?
That was the same Dr. David Martin, a professor, an investor in innovation, a patent expert. I've always seen the last name spelled Martin. He was going to court in Utah on July 12, 2022, and since then it has been total silence. Might he have been put under a gag order? He instructed us to watch those opening statements, but I could not find anywhere that the opening statements were televised or put on video.

Isn't Utah where Bill Gates recently purchased a lot of land a year or two ago (along with property in too many other states) when there was references that Gates might move there?
Dr. Martin said he believed a whole series of cases were necessary to cover the full scope, and that involved a lot of discovery cases.
