I totally believe that the Japanese are among the world’s most masked. After living in Hawaii for a long time I remember the Japanese tourists wearing masks, especially on planes more than a decade ago. They always made me think they were sick so I tried to stay away from those who masked. Nothing like being scared of breathing air.
