I think its a mistake to believe he is a Manchurian Candidate working on behalf of Chinese. The man is clearly a Military and Intelligence Agent, much like Birx. I think its more accurate to assume the COvID Operation is run at the highest levels of the Military and Intelligence Agencies in partnership with China and HHS
