Thank goodness there is Gorsuch. His statement included by 2nd is right on. The Supremes have historically been divided by politics. Part of that problem are the Executive nomination and Senate confirmation process, both political. Supremes should be chosen by their profession based on respect of Constitutuional knowledg and findings.

Liberal members of Supremes excuse is that they cannot go against “public health experts”.

A humble suggestion: Pull your heads out! Demand proof, etc. To Hell with “Party Loyalty!” and “experts”. Loyalty sworn is to the Constitution. Not “party”. Not “experts”.

“Flatten the curve” was that crock of deception fostered on the innocent who were ignorant of both natural immunity and reality of herd immunity, both of which were being and continue to be ignored by the criminals of phama and NIH.
