IMPORTANT UPDATE: Anti-Constitutionalist New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham Declares "Health Emergency"

This Substack previously covered the egregiously unconstitutional “emergency” scam declaration of the Marxist New Mexico Governor:

In the above story there was an error stating that the bogus mandate applied statewide, but it was only attempted in the city of Albuquerque.

In yesterday’s news conference Bernalillo County Sheriff John Allen, who presides over the largest metropolitan area in New Mexico, stated the following:

It’s unconstitutional, so there’s no way we can enforce that order. This ban does nothing to curb gun violence.

It is so important to appreciate that the sheriffs are the ones on the local level ultimately upholding 2A.

And this is what happens when Sheriffs do not uphold 2A:

Sheriff Allen has plenty of criminals to deal with, and the last thing he wants are patriots like himself incensed over this power grab, or worse:

I do not want to have political violence towards my deputies or here in Bernalillo County. I have enough violence here.

And Sheriff Allen also happens to be a patriot that may have actually read the Constitution and comprehended what it stands for, unlike the deranged Governor that he and his fellow New Mexicans must suffer:

The temporary ban challenges the foundations of our Constitution, but most importantly, it is unconstitutional. My oath was to protect the Constitution, and that is what I will do.

A special legislative session will be held shortly. The Governor needs to be relived of her duties, and prosecuted to the full extent of the law of the land (not color of law, nor today’s criminal DoJ law-fare, nor UN and WEF agendas, etc.).

The greatest emergency and public threat are these politicians and government agencies weaponized to further erode the Constitution, and thereby further enslave We the People.
