1) What is the best estimate of the true vaccination rate of the whole Canadian population? And

As you said, these are all erroneously, rather fraudulently, labelled as "unvaccinated." Thus, portions of the public imagine that Joe Biden was right that there's a pandemic of the unvaccinated, when really it's been a pandemic of the not-yet-2-week jabbed.
