this ridiculous charade.... at the eye doctor, where they are trying to get a close fit between my face and the vision apparatus in order to get an accurate prescription, the mask interferes in the close fit, and it causes the lenses on the apparatus to fog up. So, they tell me to lower my mask under my nose. That still doesn't work. So, lower it below my chin. I guess that means they aren't too worried about my germs. But they are wearing their masks. Everyone is wearing one. We are not allowed to enter the office without our face covering. They don't care if I wear a cloth mask, an N95 or a surgical mask -- just so long as my face is covered except when checking my vision with the apparatus. Then I'm not contagious, kinda like how at the restaurant you could not spread germs while sitting at the table, but be sure to put that mask on before you stand up to go to the restroom.

I’m totally against masks and would never wear one. I had to have cancer surgery and I had no choice. And I was pissed, but I was also scared…of the hospital. It was a really fucked up situation. God has my back.
You do NOT have to do anything other than to say NO.
There is no law to it. It is illegal. Tell the person that tries to put one onto you that he/she will be held personally responsible for enforcing something like that. They will back down.
Them physically touching you without your consent, while putting an unwanted medical device on you, I believe, can be construed as assault. Police can be called. Charges can be made.
