We must reacquaint ourselves with the rule book we wrote and gave government. 2nd smartest is 💯 % correct these agencies are unconstitutional. Everything thing our REPRESENTATIVES do must be within the guidelines of that rulebook, if it's not it's illegal/null and void. Nowhere did WE authorize these agencies.
