New York’s Democrat Marxist governor Kathy Hochul recently won an appeal over a lawsuit against her administration’s criminal Covid-19 quarantine rules and regulations.

We had better start using the proper terminology for these people and what they are doing. For years I have referred to them as our owners - way way before covid or any of this in your face stuff - for years I got eye rolls and told thats over the top ridiculous. Well if this is not enough to convince people these people own or at least think we are owned their is no step they can take that is too far.
Words have a huge effect on our thought processes. Some words bring forth more emotion that others. Our owners have known this for decades and have altered the meaning and use of their language/words.
The media and politicians use the word elect leaders - I call them representatives -HUGE difference. I am not a follow the leader guy - I think for myself thank you very much. Now these leaders are in your face telling you they own you like some dog that they will beat and chain up at will. During covid we had these mandates - a somewhat innocuous word. I called them ORDERS. Try this on your spouse or significant other - I mandate you to carry the garbage out every evening - you might get a chuckle or slant eye. Now try I ORDER you to carry the garbage out. You'd better be ready for double birds on the order idea. NOBODY likes being ordered around. Just subtle changes by use in framing and words will start to wake the sleeping. Its a 2x4 upside the head. I've used this type of wording on "liberals" that support all kinds of government - but the order or the government does not own me shakes many to their core and I have even had some use that terminology later when doing something illegal - like not wearing a helmet while riding a motorcycle - they don't own me is their reasoning. Just one more: property tax - STOP using that word combo - its RENT if you don't believe that try not paying it and see if you get evicted.
Founding Fathers wanted We the People to have Allodial Title for property. Only the State of Nevada offers this title in rare instances. Land patents should be applied for every home in the USSA. County level property taxation is a form of direct communism, and until people understand this you are merely leasing "your" homes in a ne0-feudal system.
Well said. Language is important and so is our mindset. No one owns anyone. We have inalienable rights that no one can take away from us. We give them away because of the constant brainwashing through the media that convinces us we must do what 'they' say. Everyone in government is a public SERVANT. We pay them to represent us. They are not our leaders, they are our employees and we should sack them if they're not doing a good enough job. Everyone needs to start putting up posters in their local area outing any public servant who forgets their position & tries to dictate policy. Just like the old Wanted posters in the wild west. Except we should make Not Wanted posters this time, listing all their crimes & misdemeanours against the people.

Similarly, a Trotskyite wrote "The Triumph of Conservatism," which is one of the most scathing indictments of "regulatory capture" and economic (true) fascism ever written. We must look to our enemies to find some gems.

I am a bit confused. What ever happened to that American "I'm as mad as hell and I won't take it any more."? Yes, in any democracy cooperation is required. I heard a story about a brother & sister who found themselves in East Germany after the war. She had a bookshop and he a farm. Neither gave in to communist attempts to take over their businesses. They knew who they were and their inalienable rights. It wasn't easy, but they stood fast and survived the tyranny with their businesses intact.

So, as I understand here, NY governor Kathy Hochul has won the right before some judge to enter any home, even violently, and extract anyone who is considered, without proof, to possibly have a communicable disease and drag them away to some quarantine camp. What’s next, the gas chamber? Not surprised at this governor who would better belong in Germany of the 1930s, and wear some ZZ’s on a collar. But I am, again, thoroughly disappointed in our judiciary when it comes to kissing butt of the CDC and elected regime narrative creators.
