I live in So Cal and we have had modified weather for at least a decade. This past winter there were many storms heading to the west coast but by the time they reach land, all the moisture is evaporated away. People are blind who do not see the skies cross crossed by chemical linear clouds out of the back of planes. I tell people all the time that our drought is man caused and not by “ global warming”. We are breathing those chemicals and it is truly crimes against humanity. Wake up people, get angry, get mad.
This is all over the place and it's a hilarious example of how bad info gets normalized. THERE ARE NO CIGARETTE-SIZED SILVER IODIDE RODS. Microscopic silver iodide particles that are more or less rod-shaped are used to 'seed' formation of raindrops.
I am in the US too, and it has been raining every day almost for weeks now. I read about the drought every day too. But older people here say that the climate is back to normal now here. They remember it being hot and humid and raining quite a bit. Strange thing. And yes cloud seeding has been done for quite some time, I remember reading about it probably in the 80s or 90s.

By the way, we've been utilizing the cloud buster for our field crops for many years now and for the most part we have localized rainfall when it's needed and dry spells for harvest time.
A simple design with cedar rails standing in a teepee formation for support and metal pipes aimed northward.
I was inspired from watching a documentary where a big one in the Egyptian desert caused an ancient 300 sq mile dry lake bed to fill with rain water in fairly short order.
And we have the Blue Nile in North Africa, Ethiopia's new Renaisance dam and downstream Egypt trying to rely on a colonial treaty to guarantee them 85% of the water. It's going to be interesting, and possibly ugly.
However, it's also true they use power stations, need power stations, to cause these droughts / weather manipulation; as also 5g ( watch for waves in the 'clouds' - sorry, grey muck - the woman who discovered this , from Canada if I recall, disappeared suddenly -
This reminds me of the the problems encountered by the neighboring community to a VW plant in Mexico. VW employs vortex cannons to break up rain clouds to keep the acres of new vehicles dry and protected from hail. Except it’s caused devastating drought nearby.
