My mom taught me to read the side effects of drugs before taking them, much to the Dr's disapproval. I threw them out. I haven't been back to one since 2009 (yearly thyroid checkup) I always took supplements and alternative treatments anyway. My mom taught me that, too. Her biggest downfall was taking all the vaccines they recommended. Even the one in the 70's I later found out! She passed on 6 years ago at 90, from ALZ! Heartbreaking!

I was, however, repeatedly exposed to TB and had to have an X-ray for clearance to volunteer in schools. The shedding of the spike proteins is a very good one though.
