I think Durham was derailed somewhere along the way. Original report was due in March 2020. Then by summer 2020. So far the indictments have been low level. The higher echelons seem to be untouchables. They were/are on Company business and they are Company people. Company people are never prosecuted. They hold a perpetual 'get out of jail free' card.
