I want to stand back a bit and exam how very wrong this entire edict is. This bills very existence shows the depths of the collective ignorance or stupidity of its authors regarding the science of respiratory illness. First, the bill was built on the false assumption that it was the unvaccinated who were the culprits in spreading this respiratory illness when, in fact, time and the careful analysis by many scientists and statisticians from real world wide data has shown us that it is the fully vaccinated whose immune systems that have been suppressed by the vaccines that are the ones not only getting the virus over and over but are the major spreaders of it. Secondly, no matter how much the population is immunized the virus mutates quickly not only because it is a corona virus, but the immune pressure placed against the virus by repeated injections causes immune escape. It is impossible to achieve herd immunity against a virus that has both an animal and human reservoir. This ruling also shows the corruption of the legal system that fails to look beyond the thin argument that no one has been harmed yet. No one has been harmed yet because the bill hasn't been enacted due to it being mired in the appeals process. It is not yet law. One only has to look at the potential for harm if the bill were enacted - res ipsa loquitor. This was a purely political decision that was rendered to punish the unvaccinated who are now proven to be the healthiest ones in the world.

God bless you for your candor, your tenacity, your dogged determination to make this right. You are indeed correct to say that we are in a dark time where evil is palpable and operates in the open. The very agencies tasked to protect us are corrupted and in lock step with this madness. I will share this with as many people as possible and have them share it. It has been my observation that people are slowly waking up to the deep corruption in our judicial system, the medical system, the regulatory agencies, specifically the CDC and the FDA which have been completely captured by big pharma. The media, especially TV, is in the hip pocket of the pharmaceutical industry that pumps billions of dollars into endless advertisements for vaccines, migraine medications, eczema treatments, psoriasis treatment, MS treatment and a gazillion other medical problems. Many times, the side effects of these medications are worse than the disease. I pray that God will guide you and protect you and your allies in this important fight.

I want to stand back a bit and exam how very wrong this entire edict is. This bills very existence shows the depths of the collective ignorance or stupidity of its authors regarding the science of respiratory illness. First, the bill was built on the false assumption that it was the unvaccinated who were the culprits in spreading this respiratory illness when, in fact, time and the careful analysis by many scientists and statisticians from real world wide data has shown us that it is the fully vaccinated whose immune systems that have been suppressed by the vaccines that are the ones not only getting the virus over and over but are the major spreaders of it. Secondly, no matter how much the population is immunized the virus mutates quickly not only because it is a corona virus, but the immune pressure placed against the virus by repeated injections causes immune escape. It is impossible to achieve herd immunity against a virus that has both an animal and human reservoir. This ruling also shows the corruption of the legal system that fails to look beyond the thin argument that no one has been harmed yet. No one has been harmed yet because the bill hasn't been enacted due to it being mired in the appeals process. It is not yet law. One only has to look at the potential for harm if the bill were enacted - res ipsa loquitor. This was a purely political decision that was rendered to punish the unvaccinated who are now proven to be the healthiest ones in the world.
200% agreed! Or you can say the coronavirus virus which Dr. Gold tells us "No novel coronavirus has been has found in twenty years." So CV-19=0 Any mutations also =0. Were this math (I'm terrible at the subject) anything vaguely referring to CV-19=0. And yes those unvaxxed are the healthy ones.
Incredible. Just like all of the election integrity cases that are being tossed out because the plantiffs do not have standing to sue. I just don't get it.

Goes right along with the WHO IHR treaty. Here in Oregon, from what I have gathered is the emergency powers were never ended. They are enshrined into state law. I'm going to seek out answers to this, but that's what I'm seeing it as at the moment. God forbid that WHO IHR passes

Anyone notice that politicians have become in-your-face fearless in pissing off the people, because 1) they own the judiciary, and 2) they simply stuff ballot boxes, electronically as well as the old fashioned way, to steal elections. Over. Out. Done.
Then get a few plaintiffs on your team that WERE injured by the regulation -- especially the psychological kind.
