Don't worry they got 50 years out of it and it will affect people for the next 80 that's the year 2104, if it stops now. That's 130 years of brain damage. They now have better options, time to move on.

Globalists everywhere whilst usually well educated and university trained seem to have a weakness when it comes to applying common sense and actually doing their public jobs professionally. Whilst the judge has applied common sense to this long overdue decision despite all the Globalist WEF pressure from these once trustworthy public Agencies how can anyone trust these obviously WEF globalist infiltrated agencies to actually honestly test and manage the water providers to deliver safe water not just free of Fluoride but robustly and routinely and truthfully surveyed to prevent nano tech, spiked proteins and all other harmful pharma and agric waste. When an entire population has to install sophisticated filters and technology to clean up their incoming public water you know the Country has been taken over by corrupt Corporations, governments and the NWO.

We have always wondered why our high school went from highest test scores in the State to mediocre or worse in a few years...then I rea;ized that the older kids had not been exposed to fluoride as small children.....

The point has been made recently that people with children have a different view of the future than those without. That being said, do you think this would be true for global elites and their desire to see their children remain in power? I don't think they would want future citizens getting too smart and climb over the walls to slaughter their oppressors.

Not just elites, plenty of people do the same.

Really it's a pretty fair way of dumbing down parts of the population that were required for certain jobs. It probably made our lives better. It's the skeletal issues that make it a less than ideal solution. I'm sure they will find (already have found) something better.

In which case they would make sure their kids didn't drink fluoridated water...But I'm not sure they do....

Use a Berkefeld gravity filter--they have fluoride removing ones.

I haven't read the entire 80-page ruling yet, but I would hope that while excercising good judgement and foresight Edward M. Chen would have written in the order that, beginning NOW the hazardous waste be disposed of properly; that is, as opposed to sneaking it into our foods, air, etc.

Great Article Smartest Guy! Thank you for the good news. Accolades to you, Brenda Baletti, Ph.D., and Judge Chen. How refreshing to read about a glaring issue coming to light with resolution.

Thank you for this. I've put this latest development in a timeline with verifiable facts that further support your point. It goes back to 1945 with key occurrences in 1956, 1969, 1977 and 1993 among others.

When you’re a low paid manager or scientist at a federal health regulating agency and you start receiving grants and other “gifts” from the very corporations you are supposed to be overseeing, things tend to get muddy quickly as conflicts of interest are covered up. Thankfully, there are still honest judges in America who are willing to stand up for citizens and reveal corruption between govt and their “partners” in big pharma, big ag, big food, and big insurance.

They must of known this was coming? Let's legalize marijuana that is 50× more powerful than the dope in 1960? Let's glorify alcohol with endless ads? They Want You Dead, Do Not Comply!

Removing fluoride is not hard, simply take a small amount of borax daily the tip of a teaspoon. The boron combines with the fluoride and is excreted via the urinary tract.

I think nutrition, sugar consumption and carbonic acid consumption via carbonated beverages(soda) is more of a decay predictor than fluoride consumption/exposure. I am a retired dental hygienist & it never seemed like fluoride treatments or prescription level fluoride for patients made much of a difference over the years.

I live in a rural conservative county where the air and well water is clean & untouched by local industrial poluttion, and only 1 town of 7000 treats their water but none with fluoride. Everyone's tap water is good, unless their well has heavy minerals or high natural arsenic. Two major bottling companies built plants to bottle the local mountain spring water from the same spring the town gets its water from. The local joke is that residents are so well off that they bathe, flush their toilets and water their lawns with bottled water.

I reviewed the last 3 months of the local obituaries originally to see if the Vax was killing people young. In 2021 there were a quite a few unusual deaths. But not in 2024. The average lifespan of the 18 people who died from June to September is 6 years is significantly higher than the national average, with no young folks dying over the summer. Good to see.
