My male friend has covid since yesterday. He is 68 years old and in good health with no pre-existing conditions. He was boosted. Heโs coughing a lot and hard enough to be having chest pains too. His Dr. didnโt prescribe anything!!!! Since when do Drs. not prescribe ANYTHING AT ALL!!! I guess its the same old story as the last two years, go home and if your lips turn purple go the ER!!! Funny thing, I had this "thing" back in January 2020. Ramped up by D3 and zinc. Presto chango, about 10 days later of constant coughing, all gone. Nothing since.
Since he lives in another state, I canโt bring him some of my stash of Ivermectin easily. Therefore, his friend has said he is going to hopefully get some horse stuff instead for him to take. Hope he doesnโt suffer too long beforehand and if he canโt get it. His doc apparently doesnโt care since he prescribed NOTHING!!!!
I was prescribed Tessalon Pearls years ago for a cold. They relax the vocal cords-pipes so that excessive coughing isnโt as debilitating or lead to soreness etc. They really do help. The script had so many and Ive only needed them a few times so have quite a few left in the bottle were I to need them again. Iโm not one to take meds much but really appreciated them.
