Pam Bondi is going to need massive legal resources. Time to engage the assistance of Matt Gaetz, Rudy Guliani, General Flynn.

Shocked when hearing the ‘Cash for Kids’ Judge from Lucerne County, PA, was pardoned. He sent kids into a (specially constructed just for the graft) juvenile facility whenever they came before him, even for minuscule issues, some would be considered children whose lives were then irrevocably changed, some suicides. Ask the parents of those juveniles who were treated as criminals what they thought of Sleepy Joe pardoning the ‘Cash for Kids’ Judge. The fact that the judge (if you should even give him that title) had already been released on ‘house arrest’ due to COVID, and his ‘house arrest’ was to expire in 2026, already had been given a minimized punishment for all the criminal damage he did. How about charging and leveling punishments by the number of counts, to be served consecutively - not concurrently. These were individuals harmed, and each harm should have generated a punishment leveled, consecutively. They were not lumped together in the courtroom when the judge sentenced them. What logic was used to put the judge away? And now insult to injury, to have him receive a pardon?? Who paid how much to who for this gift? Lucerne County had to work out of a period of Federal oversight (if I remember correctly), such was the corruption permeating the entire system emanating from the rotten head of the judge and his cohorts. Still seething and offended. Must be yet another example of the two-tiered justice system.

From what I have read, it seems the autopen was instituted by Obama, and stipulation was made that it was only to be used when he was physically present.
In a number of cases, Biden was provably in Delaware when it was used by staffers in the Oval Office.
