Wow. I thought this can't be true but just found an article in a German paper saying that Raiffeisen Bank is closing its branches and ATMs, claiming operating costs are too high given the low usage. They claim that only 2 customers per hour visit a branch, and ATMs only have a usage rate of 10 transactions a day. But of course, as we know, that's not the real reason. Changeover to CBDC is.

I just wrote a long piece but somehow it got deleted! Have you a link please? As you will know, in UK, the pantomime theatre is in overdrive. Our new unelected PM, Slumdog (Goldman Sachs) Millionaire, Rishi Sunak, is husband to billionaire and son in law to Indian Bio ID boss of Infosys and Rishi is also WEF global puppet. I am sure this will be coming here soon too.

Thanks for those links Caline. DeepL or Reverso will make quick work of 'em for me. Meanwhile ... just a heads up regarding one of the angles from which the Japanese Corporate Nation State is approaching centralized digital control. Within 4 years, no centrally digitized 'My Number' means ineligibility for national health insurance. See my original comment for links.

Cheers from Japan,

I will check out your links, thanks Steve!

So the My Number ID is probably also tied to vaccine mandates?

Expand full comment

H Caline. Not yet in Japan. In fact, as far as I know, vaccine mandates have not yet been implemented by any institution in the corporate nation-state. But a society so heavily embedded with chain-of-compliance authoritarianism has a news-propaganda machine that has been well greased for decades. Even before the plandemic, Reporters Without Borders ranked Japan mid-pack at best for Freedom of Press. I remember when it was neck-and- neck between Tanzania and Lesotho.

I just returned from a late lunch to one of the 12 public schools I work at to supplememnt my retirement pension. A particularly loud and bossy Jr. High teacher was just leaving the building and I overheard him proudly saying that he was headed to get his 4th mRNA treatmen t. I would not be surprised to learn that he is a by-the-book science teacher. Over 40 years teaching at all levels in Japan now, including biology labst at Temple Univ. Japan and a tenured position in English Communication at a Women's College (RIP ... Resigned in Protest), I've come to find that those Japanese who I find most educated, tend to obtain their critical thinking skills despite the education system, not because of it. But this may be a world-wide phenomenon. I've come to think of 'educational institute' as an oxymoron.

Twitter Japan, on the other hand, is a mad-house of rebels, mad men, and very angry people ... a more communicative and rebellious bunch than you tupically find working the tourist industry. Unlike a lot of the West, if Japan has a future at all, it will be thanks to likes of those Japanese whose voices will only be found on Twitter. It is one of the few places where individuals do not have to ask for permisson to walk and chew gum at the same time. It will be interesting to see what Musk does with this.

Cheers Caline.

Agree with you in sentiment Kathleen, but see my comment about what is happening in Japan. Within the next 4 years, if you do not comply, you will receive no health insurance. Japanese Twitter is almost at the rebellion level of protest at a lot of the sneaky shit the corporate nation state is pulling. It's going to take some serious digital voodoo to find a work-around to the closed fist of the Japanese bureaucracy.

Since Biden got things rolling with an EO, I suppose a different President could stop it with an EO. But the way the opposition uses lawfare, there would probably be a lengthy battle in the court system. Without an injunction, we might have CBDC implemented before getting a ruling out of the judiciary.

Indeed 2nd Smartest. I am watching the 7:00pm government-run NHK 'news' as I type this. The government just announced an increase in the number of ransome-ware cyber attacks on the medical system.

https://www3.nhk.or.jp/nhkworld/en/news/20221101_07/

Coincidence? Or are they just laying out more scaffolding to the narrative to justify a 'safer and more robust' centrally controlled digital health system?

Of course the government's top priority, according to the government, is to protect us from nasty digital pirates.

'Aye'.

Or should that be 'in a pig's eye'?

No-one knows for sure. what will happen. I have seen stuff from alleged hackers into the system. They have already produced digital ID's for everyone already. According to these people, there are different categories of people, Sovereign, they have the ability to move money already and what they have can be magnified x 3 or 4 or whatever because they have helped with the "response". They will have no restrictions on travel, carbon allowances or necessity to be jabbed. Then there are the Common people who will receive a monthly UBI, Universal Basic Income, have Carbon Credits, Social Credits and also have to be jabbed. Then there are Restricted people and Quarantined people who have more restrictions, and the Quarantined no access to UBI unless they get jabbed up. Maybe your bank account will be not available unless you are jabbed up? I know this all sounds like absolute craziness but let's face it, why shouldn't this be true because the last 3 years nearly have not made any sense to "normal" people whatsoever. We read that people should buy some gold if they can to offset this oncoming Armageddon but you can't eat gold, can you? Yes, you can trade it, but let's face it, the criminals who run the world also set the price of gold too.

Yes, I know it looks and sounds far fetched, with disguised voices and blurry visuals. We probably thought wear a mask or remain 2m apart was far fetched too. I read a bit of economic stuff from people who worked for WEF and many say the financial crash will make all others look like a stumble. Many countries already trialling it. UK just talks like is "exploring" it yet for it to become operative, lots of preliminary work would need to be in place, wouldn 't it? In these vids they mention different classes of people from "Sovereign" and no restrictions, to "Commoner," "Restricted," and finally "Quarantined" who will have most restrictions, not even a bank account! I'm sure they will bring these in softly at first, with rewards for buying right things, using public transport, eating less meat, for example, but as time goes on with energy prices from the sanctions, they will put restrictions on people. I'm only just learning how the world really works, nearly into my 7th decade. I worry for younger ones who have no grasp of what's really going on and most don't seem to care either.

We're pretty close to being in the same boat Markker. 67 years old myself, 40 of which has been spent in Japan, and what a lot of tourists don't stick around long enough to see is that the Japanese corporate nation-state is heading into the same direction. Maybe it is even easier here because Japan never had a bottom-up revolution of the working class ... it has just been transfers of power between self-selecting sociopathic 'managers'. We are quickly heading towards a technocratic feudalism. Like the sociopaths in the West, Japanese also devour their own, and I am one of many permanent foreigners who never had a chance to get beyond the lowest hanging hamster wheel of the machine.

Kineechiwah! (can't write in Japenese). Bumped into a woman that I'd meet once before in August this year. At that time she worked for an ATM company. We had a bit of a chat about using cash and how many people don't anymore. Two months later, just last week, she informs me 50% of staff, including herself, have been made redundant! So, with bank closures, reduced opening hours, removal of ATM machines from certain venues, things are speeding up! Difficult to know what to do, draw it out and keep under mattress, spend money on getting battery storage for solar panels which is considerable outlay, stock up on nonperishibles (useful for barter system as no doubt I'll be a "Restricted" at best) or just spend on having a good time whilst some freedoms left. I had a few days in Japan when our stint in HK ended just after the handover. Our small children attended the newly opened International Japanese School. Their teachers were Canadian but also Japanese. I enjoyed my visit to Japan.

It is a nice place ... to visit. Yeah, the Japanese is govt. is a lot more clever at deceiving the public to go cashless with years of discounts, safety, and other incentives before the public realizes thay have given away what autonomy they once had for the sake of convenience and saving a few yen as the govt. purposely destructs the economy. I'll be dust in the wind before the effects really hits and the kids grow into even more compliant servants of the ruling class. Watching those near my age being put out to pasture before their time, and with no options other than to wither up and die is one long Halloween ... uh ... Kabuki Tragedy ... and the tourists who help keep the scam going are none the wiser. On that happy note time to make another cup of coffee. Even at my age and once having been a 'tenured' professor, I have to supplement a shrinking pension by waking up every morning at 4:30, and prepping for another day of a minimum paying job as a token foregeign mannequin for the public schools. And I am one of the lucky ones. Future permanent foreigners are being replaced by digital textbooks and speaking test judges outsourced to the Philippines. Must cheaper and easier to control. After all, that's what institutions (as opposed to communities) are all about, aren't they? Not services. Control.

Cheers.

I read the grocery stores we’re still allowing cash withdrawals with ATMs, etc. They realize the cashless trend & moving that way. I understand about Gates control & intentions but German banks don’t seem to be moving to shift from cash basis, to non-cash immediately. Some banks, larger ones, won’t offer cash for customers or accept cash but articles I read said they would still have cash accessible through cash machines at convenient locations. It happened earlier this year...it’s coming. The Book of Revelations speaks of a global government and a cashless society, not being able to Buy or Sell without a mark. We aren’t there yet, but it’s on the horizon. For any skeptics, just read it and look around. It’s not too late to accept Jesus, not only as Savior. It as Lord of your life. Because this world is fulfilling God’s word and it doesn’t look good for those who reject God, which simply is unbelief, but it looks glorious for those who accept and believe in Him. There’s a link below in regards to the Nigerian bank that has cut off the amount of funds people can have monthly.
