They will send you free PetMectin right away. The fulfillment center made a few mistakes switching ivermectin with hydroxychloroquine. They will send you free replacement, and you can keep the hydroxychloroquine.
1/ Here is all you need to do to make your very own quinine: Take the rind of 2-3 lemons, or 2-3 grapefruits. Take the peel only and cover it with water about 3 inches above the peels. Put a glass lid on your pot if you have one, a metal one is fine if you don't.
2/ Let it simmer for about 2 hours. Do not take the lid off of the pot till it cools completely as this will allow the quinine to escape in the steam.
3/ Sweeten the tea with honey or sugar since it will be bitter. Take 1 tablespoon every couple of hours to bring up the phlegm from your lungs. Discontinue as soon as you get better.

Another recipe
3 organic grapefruits
3 organic lemons
Take the peels, place in pot (white lining ok, save fruit for later), cover with glass lid, and simmer in 3 inches of spring water for 3 hours.
Allow liquid to cool completely.
Take liquid, pour into quart mason jars
(refrigerate one, freeze the other).
Take 2 tbsp daily
It is bitter, and I prefer to put it in 2 oz of juice. I take other vitamins at the same time (D3, Zinc, Iodine).

Ivermectin works on virtually all flu type infections. It's not limited to Covid type infections.
The earlier you take it the better. As soon as the achy joints and blahs hit you....load up!
