3/ Sweeten the tea with honey or sugar since it will be bitter. Take 1 tablespoon every couple of hours to bring up the phlegm from your lungs. Discontinue as soon as you get better.

3 organic grapefruits
3 organic lemons
Take the peels, place in pot (white lining ok, save fruit for later), cover with glass lid, and simmer in 3 inches of spring water for 3 hours.
Allow liquid to cool completely.
Take liquid, pour into quart mason jars
(refrigerate one, freeze the other).
Take 2 tbsp daily
It is bitter, and I prefer to put it in 2 oz of juice. I take other vitamins at the same time (D3, Zinc, Iodine).

The average weighted person should look at 24mg per dose. That's up lately from the previously recommended 12-20mg.
Typically taken for 2 days in a row per week..... or dosing on (example) Sunday and Thursday.

Ivermectin works on virtually all flu type infections. It's not limited to Covid type infections.
The earlier you take it the better. As soon as the achy joints and blahs hit you....load up!
