This crazy New Mexico governor needs to be stopped now! The people in NM need to immediately sue the government, and have everyone removed from office.
“Emergency” is used as a guise for politicians to circumvent Rule of Law same as they use Executive Orders and Eminent Domain. All are end-runs to impart Totalitarian Rule. All are exactly what the Founders of America warned us about. Pushback is required.
Only the Bill of Rights is valid law. There is a reason 10A is the bookend that leaves power to people open ended and above any Federal and even State laws above and beyond 1-10A.
No law is worth the papyrus it’s printed on if citizens allow the aristocracy to ignore, reinterpret or selectively enforce them. It appears that’s what’s happening in lots of areas these days.

2sg--off topic but in a substack article by Jeff Childers called coffee and covid there is a story about the flu season happening in Australia right now that is exactly like what you have been predicting. Sounds like VAIDS is pretty wide spread over there.

However, what’s the “health emergency”, what stats are the basis, and what’s the basis of this implied assertion that a no-carry law will decrease COVID? Oh, none. Confusion. Nothing to do with COVID? What then is governor’s point? Apparently, this health law is to stop children being shot for awhile. Do we have an epidemic of children being shot down on the streets in New Mexico, hence, no-carry for awhile? Confusing. So, criminals, responsible for the great majority of gun use in a crime are going to pay attention to this governor's no-carry mandate? Really? Further, this governor stated, “No constitutional law, in my view, including my oath , is considered to be absolute.” Searching our constitution fails to find this loop hole for New Mexico governors. Yet, so says this governor. Yet, this governor’s oath says, “... . will support the constitution of the United States ...”. IMPEACH this governor for failure to honor the oath of office to support our constitution.
Which is why the SCOTUS was put in place to head off such nonsense at the pass. When are they going to do the damn job they are extremely well paid to do?

We heard in the leaked SCOTUS conversation when the riots were ongoing that Roberts was warning them not to get involved as it might stir things up. If ever there was a time to stir things up it was then and it is now.
