At the time this law was passed I was very active putting out intell on Afghanistan & bin Laden daily prior to, on, and after 911. I called this law a loop law, as in circle. Congress simply passed what Bush II wanted with neither evidence nor investigation, just assertions. That this law has remained, and continues to be used as a convenience is ludicrous, and damning on our elected as if those asserted responsible for 911are still responsible for every excuse we need to continuing our interventions. This so called Emergency was engineered by fraud to allow poisoning of the people of this country and the world.
