Further corroborating this Substack’s ‘holy grail’ cancer cure which has been well known to its readership for many years now is another incredible article in which “AI weighs in on the line-up” of possible cancer treatments.

Repurposed Drug use for cancer is exploding around the world. And today, New Year’s Day 2025, even Artificial Intelligence is singing the praises of Ivermectin and Fenbendazole as evidence-supported treatment for metastatic cancer.

And today - for a fleeting moment - AI is blind to much censorship and industry corruption as it freely proclaims a 3-cent drug potentially superior to a 12-billion-dollar FDA darling. You and I know this will not last, so today I bring you the uncensored and truthful AI rankings of 19 repurposed drugs used to treat cancer.

Keep in mind that AI can change the order of these rankings in the future as it “learns” more, presumably through adding additional knowledge and not by industry programming. However, what it cannot do is take back the reasoning it used to arrive at these rankings today. So please carefully review this reasoning in the following screenshots as to exactly why AI supports the top-ranking repurposed drugs to be superior to the lower ones.

As background, some repurposed drugs are better at prevention and others are better when added to treatment.

Typically, when one adds repurposed drugs to standard cancer treatment, they improve their outcome, meaning that the tumor shrinks faster or their cancer biomarkers, such as PSA, Ca 125, or CEA, drop.

When this occurs in Stage 1, 2, or 3 cancers, it is sometimes difficult to tell whether it was the standard treatment, that is the surgery, chemotherapy or radiation that produced the benefit.

However, when the cancer has progressed to Stage 4, and particularly when it involves one of the often-incurable cancers such as the types in the below table under the “Palliation Only (Metastatic)” category where standard chemotherapy is largely ineffective, it becomes obvious that the repurposed drug made the difference.

Take the cases of Joe Tippens or Kevin Hennings - one had Stage 4 NSCLC and the other Stage 4 Colon Cancer. Both were sent home for Hospice Care and told to get their affairs in order. And both began repurposed drug protocols as a last resort. Both achieved NED - the remarkable category of “No Evidence of Disease” where their scans showed no more evidence of cancer. When this occurs in metastatic cancer, it is tantamount to a miracle for those patients and their families.

In this article, I employ AI to rank 19 repurposed drugs and supplements by effectiveness against metastatic cancer. To add perspective, I added a top-ranked immunomodulator drug, the drug Lenalidomide, also known as Revlimid which I previously reviewed through an interview between Dr. John Campbell and Oncology Research Professor Angus Dalgleish.

Revlimid happens to be a number one blockbuster cancer drug used throughout the world at a per patient cost of around $ 160,000 per year, yet at the time of this writing AI ranked it in the bottom half of these repurposed drugs.

Here are the rankings from bottom to top. Let us begin with numbers 16 through 19.

• Annatto is part of the Kevin Hennings protocol. It is the richest known source of tocotrienols, a type of vitamin E.

• CBD oil was part of the Joe Tippens protocol. It is widely recommended by some Oncologists including Dr. William Makis.

• Vitamin D is quite important in cancer prevention, but its effectiveness against metastatic cancer according to AI is less.

Here we see more effective anti-metastatic repurposed drugs; however they all rank below Lenalidomide, which leads these four at #11.

Lenalidomide is actually repurposed from thalidomide, and Professor Dalgleish worked with the company Celgene on this drug for years before it was approved. He was impressed with the sheer number of cancer pathways it blocked, and indeed following its approval it has become the # 1 immune modulating cancer drug against Multiple Myeloma.

In 2015, the FDA approved Revlimid as a first-line treatment for patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma.

Metformin is typically used to treat diabetes but has shown potential in preventing and treating cancer. It was one of the main repurposed drugs discussed in my 2020 book, Surviving Cancer COVID-19 & Disease: The Repurposed Drug Revolution.

Many physicians know about Metformin’s health-promoting properties, including its anti-inflammatory and anti-aging effects, and many non-diabetic physicians take it for that reason.

Resveratrol is an antioxidant that is abundant in red wine. It has powerful cancer preventive properties but is not as effective in treatment.

Cimetidine on the other hand has powerful anti-metastatic effects through immune modulation, and there have been documented remissions in Renal Cell Cancer. In addition, there have been PubMed reports of benefit in advanced colon cancer.

Propranolol has the interesting effect of helping prevent post-surgical metastases. Dr. Marik advises using propranolol in conjunction with celecoxib and cimetidine before scheduled surgery or biopsy to reduce the risk of cancer spread.

The following repurposed drugs ranked #5 through #10:

Here we see at #10 one of my favorites, the drug Doxycycline. The late Dr. Jackie Stone employed this against COVID-19 along with Ivermectin to great benefit in saving many of her patients.

Doxycycline is typically used as a tetracycline antibiotic against various common infections like respiratory, bladder, and eye. However, it has even more impressive activity against bioweapon or gain-of-function infections like Anthrax, Plague, Sars, Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, Lymes Disease, etc.

However, as AI astutely observed, Doxycycline is versatile as a cancer drug, especially in the treatment of advanced disease. AI rates it higher than Revlimid which is ranked at #11, yet its price tag is much lower than $ 160,000 per year.

Chloroquine and Hydroxychloroquine [HCQ] are ranked #8 and #9. HCQ is routinely used to treat Lupus and Rheumatoid arthritis. It is effective in many cancers including gastric, prostate, breast, brain, melanoma and liver.

Green Tea is rich in EGCG, and it has effect against various cancers such as breast, prostate, colon, gastric and esophageal. It can be useful for both prevention and treatment. It is also can be used in treating advanced cancers, especially in combination with standard chemotherapy because it enhances its effect.

As Dr. Marik reports in Cancer Care, Green Tea acts on multiple cancer mechanisms including the tumor microenvironment, angiogenesis, immune modulation, and CSCs via Hedgehog and WNT. It also blocks metabolic pathways in the mitochondria including those involving glutamate. It suppresses metastases by inhibiting matrix metalloproteinases and it opposes EGFR.

As Dr. Marik wrote in his reference guide, Cancer Care:

Green tea catechins may be effective against a range of tumors including cancers of the prostate, breast, uterus, ovary, colorectal, lung, liver and gallbladder as well as glioblastoma and melanoma. (242) GTCs appear to be particularly beneficial for prostate cancer as well as breast cancer. (309, 313, 767-770, 783, 788)

AI ranks Melatonin at #6 for advanced cancer, and this drug is often advised by Dr. Makis as part of his protocol. Dr. Marik ranks it #3 in Cancer Care due to the sheer number of pathways it blocks, even more mechanisms than Green Tea.

At # 5 we see Albendazole which is chemically related to Mebendazole and Fenbendazole. This is an antiparasitic medication that inhibits a cancer cell’s ability to divide by impairing microtubule formation. It also impairs the cancer cell’s ability to utilize glucose. This makes it highly effective in suppressing cancer growth and spread.

Now we arrive at AI’s top four repurposed drugs at combating the worst Stage 4 cancers:

The #2 spot is held by spicy Curcumin a derivative of Turmeric. However, the compound, despite its anti-cancer activity is difficult to use as it is poorly absorbed, and often special formulations are required to improve its bioavailability. [2SG: ImmunX is formulated with the most bioavailable Curcumin.] Moreover, it can have some side effects, and in particular can interfere with anticoagulant drugs. With that said, it can improve the effectiveness of existing chemotherapeutic agents.

Dr. Marik writes in his Cancer Care book:

“In dose escalation studies, up to 10 g of curcumin taken daily has been shown to be well tolerated. Patients with breast cancer taking 6 g/day of curcumin for 7 weeks, and patients with prostate cancer who took 3 g/day of curcumin for 9 weeks exhibited no adverse effects. [301,353,389]

Curcumin (turmeric) may be beneficial for the following types of cancer: colorectal, lung, pancreatic, breast, prostate, chronic myeloid leukemia, liver, gastric, brain tumors, ovarian, skin, head and neck, lymphoma, esophageal and myeloma. (680, 698)”

Fenbendazole is no surprise at #3 and is at the heart of Kevin Hennings and Joe Tippens protocols. Tippens famously did not change his diet significantly yet survived a cancer that some 1000 others in his MD Anderson study group did not.

Hennings is alive and well after being sent home to die. However, he improved on the Tippens Protocol by adding Ivermectin and diet and lifestyle changes.

He suffered from Stage 4 Colon cancer and following all the standard surgery, chemotherapy and radiation, he was discharged from the Moffett Cancer Center and sent home for hospice care.

During the long drive home, he had a gut-wrenching three-way telephone call with his two sisters about what he should do. One sister, a nurse, broke down crying in despair. The other, deeply religious, offered him hope and told him the story of a man from her church who took Fenbendazole.

After ridiculing his religious sister for suggesting he take a veterinary medication and hanging up the phone, he did some soul searching and called her back. And he decided to take a leap of faith and try it. Within 6 weeks of beginning the protocol, a scan recorded a 50% tumor shrinkage. Eight weeks later the cancer had disappeared. He was declared NED - no evidence of disease. Over the past three years Hennings has run a Facebook page and shared his results with the world.

There is a reason Kevin Hennings decided to add Ivermectin to his protocol, and there are many reasons that AI ranked it #1. If one set out to design a drug that could defeat metastatic cancer, one would have likely come up with Ivermectin.

Let us compare Revlimid with Ivermectin. Consider that Revlimid was the second highest earning cancer drug in 2021 at 12.8 billion dollars in sales.

Ivermectin can be manufactured for about 3 cents a pill. No drug company wants a drug they cannot patent and for which they cannot charge a fortune.

As Big Pharma well knows, patients fighting for their lives against terminal cancer will pay anything. While the truth may be that Ivermectin will offer substantially greater cancer benefits, Big Pharma will demonize it so that they can convince most to buy their drug and ignore the cheaper one.

Here is what AI says about the comparison between Ivermectin and Revlimid concerning the number of cancer pathways blocked as of January 1, 2025:

AI is soon to surpass the smartest human in intellect. AI as it is currently designed can pass Physician’s Medical Board exams, and it can pass an Attorney’s Bar Exam. Since this article’s publication the AI program was once again asked to rank the same 19 repurposed drugs based on the number of metastatic cancer pathways blocked. The question is now this. Was this modification due to AI learning new information or was it the result of censorship? I asked it another revealing question, and this was the response:

These experiments were for children who had AIDS. The problem was that most of the children were never even verified and confirmed of actually even having AIDS, but were used in the experiments anyway. So, they were testing drugs for AIDS patients on CHILDREN who they didn't even know if they really even had AIDS in the first place? Sounds like an excuse or cover up for another type of testing or experimental drug.

These orphans were supposed to be protected and have guardianship so they couldn't be experimented on by law. They got around this because the orphans were in the care of the ACS (Administration for Child Services) in New York City, who were "technically" their guardians and who also, ironically, had the authority to also ok the testing, which is a huge conflict of interest, when the law clearly states that they must have a legal guardian before any testing is allowed. Not the orphanage's "guardianship." Many claim there were of the books financial incentives involved, which wouldn't surprise me at all.

The tests were having extremely adverse affects on the children. The older children at the orphanage noticed these painful symptoms and reactions and refused to take these experimental drugs, so Fauci's NIH was ordered to surgically insert feeding tubes into the older children so they had no choice and were administered these toxic experimental drugs anyway. This was completely against their will.

After a long 12 year period of these AIDS experiments, during and after the experiments were over, a total number of over 200 ORPHAN CHILDREN PASSED AWAY from these toxic drugs and there adverse reactions. All of the bodies of these children were put in a mass grave of tons of children that was just an open pit with AstroTurf over the top. Some coffins had more than one child in them as well.

Some of the BIG PHARMA companies involved were, MERCK, PROGENICS, and you guessed it, Pfizer. All of the companies were contacted for comment. ALL OF THEM declined. Why the hell isn't Fauci and everyone involved in prison? If this isn't the definition of crimes against humanity, then I don't know what is.

And Fauci’s opening statement opened many doors widely, including when he claimed he had a “decades-long record of cooperating with Congress” including “during and after the Covid pandemic” when he “appeared multiple times for hearings in the Senate and the House.” That puts the question of whether he properly cooperated when responding to questions, including prior questions from Senator Paul, in all of those hearings directly at issue. Here are a few of his statements through which he opened the door broadly:

•“I served at the NIH for over 54 years, 38 of those as Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.”
•“Over that period, I proved that I believe in and respect the value of legitimate congressional oversight. In fact, I testified before and/or briefed Senate and House committees well over 200 times over those 38 years.”
•“During and after the Covid pandemic, I have appeared multiple times for hearings in the Senate and the House, usually under oath, and sat for several days-long, transcribed sworn interviews answering questions about the very issues that are now the subject of this hearing.”
•“However, Given Senator Paul’s obvious obsession with calling for my prosecution, his repeated slanderous comments about me, and recently, his publicly releasing my unredacted personal diary, aimed at embarrassing and intimidating me, the only conclusion I can reach is that the sole reason he is calling me before this committee is to get me to say something – anything – that could vindicate his repeated public pledges that I end up, in his words, ‘behind bars.’ Any reasonable person who has followed his unhinged obsession with me would readily come to the same conclusion.”

2. The 5th amendment can only be used when answering a question which would present real and appreciable danger. Thus, his use of the 5th during the hearing for questions that clearly don’t meet this standard, including about the color of his tie and what day of the week it is, reflects on its improper use during the hearing overall.

3. Since invoking the 5th is question specific, announcing before even hearing the questions that he would “refrain from answering [the committee’s] questions” under the 5th was itself improper.

4. Finally, ignoring the broad presidential pardon he received, as if it doesn’t exist, including for questions that would clearly fall within the parameters of that incredibly broad pardon, was a misstep that may come back to bite him later.

According to Dr. Douglass’s analysis in his article titled, The Contempt Vote They Scheduled Before Fauci Left the Hearing Room, here is the most probable outcome of this ongoing farce:

Rung 2 is slower than it sounds. The full Senate has to vote, and then a federal judge has to agree. Federal Judges have not been friendly to the Fauci ‘file.’ And Fauci’s lawyers are not bluffing. Here is their argument in plain English: A presidential pardon covers federal crimes. It cannot reach a state prosecutor.

Seventeen state attorneys general have already announced that Biden’s pardon does not bind them. That matters because of a 1964 Supreme Court decision, Murphy v. Waterfront Commission. The rule is simple: you may refuse to answer a question in a FEDERAL proceeding if a truthful answer could get you charged by a STATE.

The pardon closed the federal door. Murphy says the state door is still open — and as long as one door is open, the Fifth Amendment still works. So this is not a dodge, though it looks like one. It is real law, and it is the strongest card Fauci holds.

Now the bitter part. The state attorneys general already came after Fauci to increase his exposure. In doing so, they handed him the one thing he needed to stay silent.

So the sober forecast is…a wrist slap, or nothing.

And yet. For the first time, the machinery is moving in the right direction. The subpoena of Fauci was enforced by court order. He appeared under compulsion. A privilege was formally denied on the record.

A contempt resolution has a date on it. More than a hundred questions from the Republican senators now sit in the Congressional Record, unanswered, permanently, under oath — about gain-of-function funding, about deleted federal records, about cash awards solicited with federal employees, about fifteen million dead.

At the end of last year, the United States Supreme Court vacated the Second Circuit’s decision that enabled New York State to persecute the Amish for refusing to inject pharma products in violation of their religious beliefs, and it remanded the case (Miller v. McDonald) to the Second Circuit to reconsider its illiberal and unconscionable decision.

March 11 (Congress, under oath): “The stated fatality rate of this overall... is about 3%. If you count all the cases of asymptomatic infection, that probably brings the mortality down to 1%, which means it’s 10x more deadly than the seasonal flu.”

March 27 (Daily Show): “The mortality of this is about 10x the flu. It’s at least 1%.”

The corruption here is off the charts. Rand Paul has just released a trove of emails showing Fauci soliciting various so-called scientists to nominate him for awards, many of which Fauci then went on to win, receiving substantial prize money in the process.

This needs to be forensically dissected, preferably by the DOJ. But even looking at just one example, Barton Haynes of Duke, the questions are staggering. Fauci personally petitioned Haynes to nominate him for an award, which Fauci ultimately won, including $1 million in prize money. That alone raises serious ethical concerns.

But what really knocked me off my chair is that Haynes has received something like $1.2 billion (with a "B") in funding from Fauci’s NIAID. The entire system is totally compromised, with a small circle of elites effectively doing favors for one another, all at taxpayer expense.

5/9 Feb. 12, 2020. Fauci briefs four congressional delegations in one day.

Then he runs into Larry Kudlow, who asks when COVID crashes the economy. Fauci's note: "I told him that we are OK for now."

Nine days after Gao told him asymptomatic spread was confirmed.

6/9 May 23, 2021. Fauci calls the lead author of Proximal Origin — the paper he'd been citing publicly as independent science — for reassurance about his own NIH grant.

His diary: "I feel much better now that he is in total support of what I have been saying."

7/9 July 7, 2021. NSC briefing. Fauci writes that "the FBI has no idea what they're talking about" for concluding lab leak, while NSA's natural-origin view was "reasonable."

He adds he keeps "an open mind" — then immediately: two possibilities "does not mean that they are equally probable."

8/9 July 7: Fauci tells the NSC to go work with Andersen, Holmes, Garry, and Rambaut.

Same day, Andersen and Garry post a paper arguing natural origin. Next morning it's in his diary, alongside the CNN write-up.

He pointed the NSC at the authors, then tracked their press.

9/9 July 12, 2021. Fauci complains about "how many hours we are all wasting" answering letters he calls "fundamentally driven by conspiracy theories" — from senators he names, including me.

A federal appeals court has reaffirmed New York’s strict school-vaccination requirements, dealing a setback to Amish families seeking religious exemptions. In Miller v. McDonald, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit ruled that the state’s elimination of religious exemptions does not violate the First Amendment-protected rights of Amish parents and private schools. The decision imposes significant fines for noncompliance.

The Genesis

The case stems from New York’s 2019 repeal of religious exemptions during measles outbreaks. Three Amish schools and parents, facing more than $118,000 in combined fines, argued that mandatory vaccination conflicts with their faith’s emphasis on separation from the modern world, Divine Providence, and moral objections tied to vaccine development (e.g., the use of aborted fetal tissue). They invoked Wisconsin v. Yoder (1972), which protected Amish educational autonomy, and claimed the policy targeted religious practice. However, the Second Circuit upheld the mandate with the precedent of Employment Division v. They are asking to be left alone — to live in private, self-sufficient, rural communities, educating their children in isolated, Amish-only schools, as they have for more than 200 years. The measles outbreak New York cited in justifying its 2019 exemption repeal occurred primarily in an Orthodox Jewish community in Rockland County, not among the Amish. The Amish community poses, by any reasonable epidemiological assessment, minimal public health risk from within its insular, geographically separated communities.

Attorney Greg Glaser, general counsel for Physicians for Informed Consent, responded to the ruling: “Informed consent and informed refusal are the bedrock of medical ethics. Banning religious exemptions effectively legalizes medical bullying by proxy, forcing families to forfeit their children’s education if they choose to exercise informed refusal.”

Patient Consent a Longstanding Requirement

The Second Circuit’s ruling demolishes the first pillar of biomedical ethics entirely. Autonomy is not merely a philosophical preference. It is the hard-won lesson of history’s most horrific medical atrocities. Fenbendazole Can Cure Cancer presents Case Reports of people who have treated their own cancers along with other articles to help understand how fenbendazole works to treat cancer. Previous articles covering other cancers are in the Archives link. This Substack is one of several sources that aggregate Case Reports from those that are self-treating their cancers with repurposed antiparasitics including fenbendazole, mebendazole and ivermectin. This article is the first in a series that will synthesize these Case Reports looking for guiding signals in the data and reports. Executive Summary

Ivermectin, Fenbendazole, and Mebendazole in Leukemia: What the Reports Actually Show

Introduction

Repurposed antiparasitics keep showing up in the cancer conversation, and hematologic malignancies — lymphoma and leukemia — are where some of the loudest reported responses are coming from. Two very different bodies of material feed that conversation, and it matters that readers can tell them apart.

The first is a small handful of actual peer-reviewed case reports and a safety-focused literature review. These exist in indexed journals, have DOIs, and can be checked by anyone.

The second — and far larger — body is testimonial: patients and Canadian oncologist, Dr. William Makis, posting treatment timelines and scan results on X.com. These are real people describing real experiences, but they are uncontrolled, unblinded, self-reported, and in most cases delivered alongside conventional chemotherapy — which makes attributing the outcome to any one agent impossible at present.

Both bodies of material are presented below, in their own sections, so neither gets mistaken for the other.

What’s Actually in the Peer-Reviewed Literature

Ivermectin safety in AML (De Castro et al., 2020). A short report in Leukemia & Lymphoma described continuous high-dose ivermectin (roughly 1 mg/kg/day) as well tolerated in patients with acute myelogenous leukemia, with the authors noting this safety profile could inform repurposing discussions more broadly (de Castro et al., 2020).

Fenbendazole monotherapy in Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma DLBCL (Abughanimeh et al., 2020). An 83-year-old man presented with a duodenal ulcer that biopsied as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, GCB subtype, staged IVa with hypermetabolic disease in the gastric antrum, duodenum, a peri-aortic lymph node, and the lungs. He declined chemotherapy and began self-directed fenbendazole at roughly 1 g/day. Follow-up CT and PET/CT scans over the following months showed smaller lymph nodes and improved lymphadenopathy with no new lesions, while he gradually tapered the dose to three pills weekly due to peripheral neuropathy (Abughanimeh et al., 2020). The authors were careful to note that disease regression was observed but causation could not be established — and that further study was needed.

Ivermectin and incidental parasitic/dermatologic infections in cancer patients (Lai et al., 2025). A 2025 systematic review in Acta Poloniae Pharmaceutica catalogued published reports of ivermectin use in cancer patients who had concurrent parasitic infections — most of these were treating the infection itself, not the cancer. Within that catalogue:

• A patient with adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma and HTLV-1 infection was stabilized and discharged on a combination of ivermectin and chemotherapy; the authors stated ivermectin may have contributed but drew no firm conclusion.

• Several stem-cell-transplant and leukemia patients treated with ivermectin for Demodex or other parasitic skin infections saw those skin symptoms resolve, with no claim of anticancer effect.

• An 80-year-old woman with AML and crusted scabies cleared her skin lesions on ivermectin plus topical permethrin — again, a parasitic infection, not the leukemia, was being treated.

That is the entirety of what we could find published and indexed on ivermectin/fenbendazole/mebendazole specifically in lymphoma and leukemia patients as of this writing. There are no phase II or III trials, no randomized data, and no published series showing these drugs driving remission as primary anticancer agents in blood cancer. As such, the following may be the best available evidence to date.

Patient and Clinician Testimonials (X.com)

The volume of reported lymphoma and leukemia responses comes almost entirely from testimonials directly from patients or family members. None of these are peer-reviewed; none have been independently verified; nearly all occurred alongside conventional chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiation, which makes isolating the antiparasitic’s contribution impossible.

Patterns across the leukemia testimonials (roughly a dozen reports, 2025–2026): Reports spanned AML, CLL, and CML. Several CLL cases described gradual normalization of white blood cell and lymphocyte counts over months on ivermectin with or without fenbendazole or mebendazole, without concurrent chemotherapy in some cases (patients on “watch and wait”). One CML case reported reaching major molecular response on conventional follow-up testing after starting ivermectin and fenbendazole alongside standard monitoring. Reported responses were not universal — Dr. Makis’s own commentary on the CLL cases notes that “some... respond amazingly and obviously... while others don’t seem to,” which is an honest acknowledgment that these are not uniform results. Any reference to “I” refers to Dr. Makis.

Discussion

Why hematologic cancers, mechanistically. Both drugs have plausible reasons to intersect with blood cancer biology. Fenbendazole and mebendazole destabilize microtubules in a manner mechanistically related to vincristine, a backbone drug in many lymphoma regimens, and preclinical work has pointed to apoptosis induction, anti-angiogenic activity, and Hedgehog pathway inhibition. In fact, at least one prominent oncology group has recommended replace the standard of care drug vincristine with more effective and safer mebendazole (DeWitt, et al., 2017). Ivermectin’s proposed anticancer mechanisms include WNT/β-catenin inhibition, PAK1 modulation, and induction of mitochondrial dysfunction. Blood cancers — circulating, immune-modulated, and often microtubule-drug-sensitive — are a reasonable place to look for that kind of activity, at least on paper.

In-vitro potency does not guarantee that achievable human plasma concentrations matter clinically, and almost every reported “success” above happened with chemotherapy running in parallel, which is itself capable of producing the same scans. There is no controlled comparison anywhere in this material — no arm without the antiparasitic to tell us whether it added anything. But that doesn’t mean we should throw the baby out with the bathwater. In an era of high-stakes financial oncology treatments to protect we may never see randomized controlled trials of inexpensive, safe, off patent medicines like the oncological antiparasitics. Therefore, a more rational approach may be to adopt a Best Available Evidence standard of causality in this perverted pharmacological environment. The evidence that fenbendazole, mebendazole and ivermectin possess therapeutic effectiveness in treatment of some leukemias, either as mono therapies or synergistically with standard of care treatments, warrants further study.

On May 16, 2025 he started: Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day Fenbendazole 1000mg/day. Oncologist had him on “watch and wait”, meaning you watch until your Leukemia gets worse. Also did 2 rounds of chemo in November and December, and in December added oral chemo pill Venclexta. [2SG: there no need to take days off, and the risk/reward heavily skews toward continuous administration.]

Results after 2 months of Ivermectin & Fenbendazole:”His bone marrow biopsy from December 24th came back clear! His blood work is looking good.”

Case 9: 63 age, male, CLL patient with a high WBC count in Sep.2022, on “watch and see”I didn’t go aggressive here, started: 70mg Ivermectin and 500mg Mebendazole: Results: WBC 16.1 (Oct.2) → 15.6 (Dec.6) —> 14.1 (Jan.15) Lymphocytes 13.0 (Oct.2) —> 12.5 (Dec.6) —> 11.3 (Jan.15) On Dec.11 I made a few minor adjustments: increased from 500mg to 1000mg/day Mebendazole and added 1000mg/day Lactoferrin. After 2 years of being abnormal, the WBC and Lymphocytes are trending towards normal range (almost there)!” It is definitely trending down since beginning the protocol”

Case 7: Adult T-cell Leukemia/Lymphoma (ATL)A patient with ATL and HTLV-1 infection was successfully stabilized and discharged after a combination of ivermectin and chemotherapy. The authors note that ivermectin may have contributed to disease control, but no firm conclusions can be drawn. (Lai Yuwen et al 2025)

Case series 4 (2025): Several patients with Blood cancer (Leukemia, Lymphoma) and parasitic infections. Several patients receiving hematopoietic stem cell transplants or undergoing treatment for leukemia were treated with ivermectin for Demodex or other parasitic infections. In these cases, skin symptoms resolved rapidly, and patients remained stable over the short-to-intermediate term, though direct anticancer effects were not confirmed. (Lai Yuwen et al 2025)

Case 5: 80 yr-old female with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). A female patient diagnosed with crusted scabies showed improvement after treatment with 9 mg ivermectin (days 1, 2, 8, 9, and 15) and systemic 5% permethrin cream for seven days. Two weeks later, all the skin lesions in the patient were repaired. (Lai Yuwen et al 2025) Case Series (N=3) (2020): Continuous high-dose ivermectin appears to be safe in patients with acute myelogenous leukemia (AML).In the case series by De Castro et al. (2020), a daily dose of 1 mg/kg. This regimen was found to be well tolerated, with no major side effects reported throughout the treatment period. Notably, the authors also observed clinical benefits associated with this dosing protocol.

The AML Data: Physicians shared an anecdotal, compassionate-use experience involving three pediatric patients with refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Based on separate preclinical cancer data, these patients were given continuous, high doses of ivermectin (1 mg/kg/day for up to 15 days). [Leukemia & Lymphoma]

Safety Results: The authors reported that these higher, prolonged doses did not result in major toxic side effects in these patients. [Leukemia & Lymphoma]

Case 1: 6-year-old male with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) and Demodex folliculorum infestation. A 6-year-old male with ALL remained well and in long-term remission after ivermectin treatment for Demodex folliculorum infestation. 200 μg/kg ivermectin and 5% permethrin cream were administered, and the treatment was repeated after seven days; the rash did not recur. No relapse or progression noted at follow-up. (Int J Dermatol 2003)

Biological Plausibility: A Foundation Worth ExaminingMebendazole

Mebendazole disrupts microtubules, similar in principle to vincristine — a core drug in many lymphoma regimens. Preclinical studies have also suggested: Induction of apoptosis in leukemia cell lines. Anti-angiogenic effects Hedgehog pathway inhibition. Potential synergy with chemotherapy. Importantly, hematologic malignancies are particularly sensitive to microtubule dynamics, making mechanistic overlap notable.

Ivermectin’s proposed anticancer mechanisms include:WNT/β-catenin pathway inhibition. PAK1 modulation. Mitochondrial dysfunction induction. Immune signaling modulation. Some leukemia models demonstrate selective cytotoxicity at higher concentrations.

Translational Issues

A recurring issue in repurposing research is pharmacokinetics. In vitro concentrations do not always translate to achievable human plasma levels. However, tissue accumulation, tumor microenvironment effects, and immune modulation are variables not fully captured in cell culture models. Thus, the mechanistic plausibility is neither trivial nor definitive.

What these cases suggest — Across the reported lymphoma and leukemia cases, several patterns emerge: Many patients used ivermectin and/or mebendazole alongside standard chemotherapy. Some reported rapid tumor regression within months. PET-confirmed remission was described in select lymphoma cases. Minimal toxicity was reported in anecdotal accounts. In certain early-stage or indolent leukemia cases, hematologic markers reportedly normalized.These are observational patterns — not controlled outcomes. Yet they raise several research-relevant questions: Could these drugs act as chemosensitizers? Might there be subtype-specific responsiveness? Are certain metabolic or molecular profiles more susceptible?Is immune modulation contributing indirectly?

The Evidence Gap: Where We Stand Clinically

Currently, the published clinical literature shows:

• No phase III trials in lymphoma or leukemia

• No randomized controlled trials establishing benefit

• Limited early-phase exploration in oncology overall

• No survival endpoint data in hematologic malignancies

In evidence hierarchy terms, this places the field at the hypothesis-generating stage. However, absence of high-level evidence does not equal evidence of absence. It indicates an untested space. again, what does the best available evidence indicate?.

Safety Profile: A Key Variable

One reason these drugs attract attention is their established safety record in antiparasitic use. That said: Oncology dosing duration differs from short antiparasitic courses. Drug–drug interactions with chemotherapy are under-studied. Long-term hepatic or hematologic effects require structured monitoring. The safety advantage hypothesis remains plausible but unproven in cancer contexts.

A Research Roadmap

If these case patterns are to be meaningfully evaluated, the next logical steps would include:

• Pharmacokinetic studies confirming tumor-relevant concentrations.

• In vitro synergy testing with R-CHOP components.

• Phase I dose-finding safety trials in relapsed lymphoma.

• Biomarker stratification (e.g., MYC, WNT activity, metabolic signatures).

• Phase II objective response rate trials.

• Randomized adjunct studies measuring progression-free survival.

Without this progression, the conversation remains anecdotal.

Where This Leaves Clinicians and Patients

At present: Ivermectin and mebendazole remain investigational in lymphoma and leukemia. They are not guideline-recommended therapies. Standard-of-care treatments remain the evidence-backed foundation. Clinical trial enrollment remains the safest pathway for exploration. For researchers, however, these reports represent something different: A cluster of biological plausibility intersecting with real-world experimentation. That intersection is often where translational oncology begins.

The 40 reported cases neither confirm nor refute the anticancer potential of ivermectin and mebendazole in hematologic malignancies. They represent a signal — faint, uncontrolled, and methodologically limited — but not biologically implausible. The appropriate scientific response is not adoption or rejection. It is investigation. Whether this signal fades under scrutiny or strengthens through structured trials will determine its place in oncology. Until then, it remains an open question — and an area worthy of careful, disciplined research. The best available evidence is certainly encouraging and worth a serious look.

Chairman Rand Paul has been collecting and releasing documents as part of the ongoing (what is it now, 6 bloody years?) investigation into SARS-2 origins. You can find that here. It is “largely accepted” that SARS-2 is of natural origin and that it “most likely” arose through natural zoonotic evolution (either in an animal host or during early human transmission) and thus not a laboratory construct, thanks to this paper published on March 17, 2020 in Nature Medicine.

The featured files that I have dug into include 1. the New Slack Messages: Proximal Origin Authors Privately Doubted Their Own “No Lab Leak” Conclusion which includes a condensed version and a full version of the messages, and 2. Fauci’s Two-Decade Relationship with the Intelligence Community.

This article will focus on the former Fauci ‘n’ Intel friends document. I will write up a Part Deux on the Proximal Origin Authors’ (Kristian Anderson, Eddie Holmes, Andrew Rambaut and Robert Garry) Slack exchanges.

The released Fauci ‘n’ Intel friends document contains a lot of emails, but what caught my eye was the 5-page memo on “page 70” written by DARPA fellow and Marine Major Joseph Murphy¹ on August 13, 2021 to the Inspector General. This 5-page memo can also be found here.

His memo is an analysis of undisclosed (and ultimately DARPA-rejected) EcoHealth Alliance Defusing the Threat of Bat-Borne Coronaviruses (DEFUSE) proposal documents (found unmarked on a DARPA system) as evidence that SARS-CoV-2 originated as a leaked American-engineered recombinant bat coronavirus - he suggests a vaccine precursor - developed at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV). He describes having the opportunity to “sit in the back-row”, which positioned him to hear government revelations firsthand, while also being privy to observing and reading the field. Indeed, because of his position and role - as a Marine, no less - he had a rare “bird’s eye view” on the true goings-ons.

This memo suggests a massive cover-up from within.

This memo that gave me pause - not because the information itself was new or surprising to me, but because it existed inside intelligence communities yet was deliberately hidden since 2021. What bothers me even more is that after filing his concern through a formal DoD Hotline Case, the Director of Maintaining Technology Advantage Jessica Appler, rejected it outright, claiming that his findings were “not substantiated”.

Let’s be rational. Simply based on “the coincidental” - almost simultaneous - existence of the DEFUSE proposal and the WIV and the unique furin cleavage site in SARS-CoV-2, was it not worth taking his findings into consideration and perhaps launching an investigation considering the context?

His memo raised legitimate questions that have yet to be properly addressed or adequately answered.

SARS-CoV-2 is an American-created recombinant bat vaccine, or its precursor virus. It was created by an EcoHealth Alliance program at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), as suggested by the reporting surrounding the lab leak hypothesis. The details of this program have been concealed since the pandemic began. These details can be found in the EcoHealth Alliance proposal response to the DARPA PREEMPT program Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) HR00118S0017, dated March 2018 – a document not yet publicly disclosed.

I wonder if this Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) HR00118S0017 document was disclosed if the Major’s findings would be rendered “substantiated”?

To be clear, because all of these acronyms can be quite confusing, DEFUSE was a specific ~$14+ million proposal submitted by EcoHealth Alliance (led by Peter Daszak, with partners including Shi Zhengli at the WIV, Ralph Baric at UNC, and others) under DARPA’s PREEMPT program. It was pitched by EcoHealth Alliance at the PREEMPT Proposers Day event (early 2018), where multiple agencies learned about it.

Can someone let me know if I am reading this right? 90+K people think I was.

Just imagine for a second that the Major is correct that SARS-2 was made in America by the DEFUSE dudes.

I mean, they were working at Chapel Hill in North Carolina, after all.

What if these guys simply ignored DARPA’s rejection and found the money elsewhere to rig SARS-2 up? If they did, would it then not make sense that they would do it on home turf? If they did, did the money come from China? Or perhaps from NIAID? Fauci would know. And if they did, were China’s WIV involved? And how? Did they supply biological [bat] samples?

And by the way, what exactly were the “biological samples” that Peter Daszak was carrying from China to JFK via DOH when FBI NEW York requested a “do not stop” for him on February 4, 2021 at 12:16 pm? (See email disclosed by Rand Paul from the Deputy Chief Officer - Joint Terrorism Task Force Liaison - U.S. Customs and Border Protections). Joint Terrorism Task Force Liaison? Sheesh. What the hell was going behind our backs?

Maybe Daszak was carrying bat bits to conjure up a new potion to “fix” “the problem”? Somebody besides Daszak knows.

The Agricultural Specialist - Office of Field Operations - U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (page 18) wanted to check the dude just in case he was carrying biological samples, as shown in the email below sent on January 11, 2021. I guess he got over-ruled.

The Major writes:

SARS-CoV-2, hereafter referred to as SARSr-CoV-WIV, is a synthetic spike protein chimera engineered to attach to human ACE2 receptors and inserted into a recombinant bat SARSr-CoV backbone. It is likely a live vaccine not yet engineered to a more attenuated state that the program sought to create with its final version. It leaked and spread rapidly because it was aerosolized so it could efficiently infect bats in caves, but it was not ready to infect bats yet, which is why it does not appear to infect bats. The reason the disease is so confusing is because it is less a virus than it is engineered spike proteins hitch-hiking a ride on a SARSr-CoV quasispecies swarm. The closer it is to the final live attenuated vaccine form, the more likely that it has been deattentuating since initial escape in August 2019.

He writes about the idea of a “live vaccine” which is a very interesting idea, but that would require existence of a secret attenuated vaccine program that somehow produced the most transmissible coronavirus we’ve ever seen and lost control of. But is that so unbelievable? Maybe that’s why all of the governments panicked and reacted so insanely?

The possibility from a design perspective that we got DEFUSED, is not off the table. In infectious clone (reverse genetics) systems, full viral RNA genomes are synthesized from a DNA template and then transfected into cells to produce live viruses. This is actually the “standard way” that Ralph Baric’s lab (and others) make chimeric coronaviruses.

If they did build an infectious clone backbone of a SARSr-CoV (bat virus), and they did engineer multiple spike variants into the clone - deliberately creating a quasispecies-like swarm by either a) using error-prone PCR or low-fidelity polymerases during cloning, b) mixing several different spike constructs (some optimized for human ACE2, some attenuated), or c) passaging the rescued virus in cell culture under conditions meant to attenuate it (ie: Vero cells, temperature-sensitive mutations, etc.), then the goal to create a live-attenuated vaccine candidate as a replicating but weakened virus swarm carrying engineered spikes that train the immune system without causing severe disease, is also, not off the table.

Furthermore, if that swarm did leak, natural selection in humans would likely favor the fittest (most transmissible) variants within the cloud - effectively “de-attenuating” the population over time, turning a vaccine candidate into a highly virulent pathogen.

Another revelation in the Major’s memo was that ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine always worked against SARS-2.

Remember when none other than FDA posted the following on Twitter on August 21, 2021? Yes, the very same platform that I was banned from for speaking about anomalous safety signals in pharmacovigilance databases so that I could help people. And the very same platform that also told the FDA to take that very same post down because of the pushback against it. It was flat out absurd that the FDA behaved so unprofessionally.

As was eloquently written in the legal brief filed in the Apter v. HHS/FDA case (2024) with plaintiffs Dr. Robert L. Apter, Dr. Mary Talley Bowden, and Dr. Paul

The FDA exceeded its authority by repeatedly issuing public directives not to use ivermectin for COVID-19, even though the drug remains fully approved for human use. This includes a publication titled, “Why You Should Not Use Ivermectin to Treat or Prevent COVID-19,” Ex.1,1 to which the FDA linked in a letter to the Federation of State Medical Boards and which on its face seeks to interfere with a decision that is preserved for the doctor-patient relationship. Other FDA directives are even more blunt, stating: “Q: Should I take ivermectin to prevent or treat COVID-19? A: No,” Exs.2, 3; and “You are not a horse. You are not a cow. Seriously, y’all. Stop it.”²

Why did the FDA push so hard to deny the world’s people a potential early treatment solution? Could it be that they had to since emergency use authorization could not be granted if an existing treatment (aka: available alternative to the product) was available according to 21 U.S. Code § 360bbb-3(c)(3)?

[2SG: Also, the FDA always knew that the anti-cancer properties of both ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine would mean that not only would their GOF viral release have been stopped dead in its tracks with these compounds, and thus prevent the mass democide from the gene altering PSYOP-19 jabs, but the Medical-Industrial Complex would lose out on their biggest cash cow in cancer “treatment” profits; additionally mass administration of ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine would slow down their overall Great Depopulation culling project as well.

Criteria for issuance of authorization

The Secretary may issue an authorization under this section with respect to the emergency use of a product only if, after consultation with the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, the Director of the National Institutes of Health, and the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (to the extent feasible and appropriate given the applicable circumstances described in subsection (b)(1)), the Secretary concludes that there is no adequate, approved, and available alternative to the product for diagnosing, preventing, or treating such disease or condition.³

The gene-encoded, or “mRNA,” vaccines work poorly because they are synthetic replications of the already-synthetic SARSr-CoV-WIV spike proteins and possess no other epitopes.

Many doctors in the country have identified that the symptoms of vaccine reactions mirror the symptoms of the disease, which corroborates with the similar synthetic nature and function of the respective spike proteins.

The vaccine recipient has no defense against the bloodstream entry, but their nose protects them from the recombinant spike protein quasispecies during “natural infection” (better termed as aerosolized inoculation).

My Take…

Ivermectin is FDA approved.

Fenbendazole is NOT approved for human use by Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and European Medicines Agency (EMA). It is available as a veterinary medication.

Fenbendazole is part of a larger group of drugs known as benzimidazoles, which are anthelmintic drugs (i.e., drugs that kill parasitic worms). Another benzimidazole is mebendazole, which can be prescribed to humans with certain parasitic infections.

Mebendazole (Vermox) is FDA approved for human use, but it’s significantly more expensive. [2SG: and Fenbendazole is vastly superior.]

ACTIVE CANCER TREATMENT – For active cancer, take one capsule of Fenbendazole (444 mg) daily. Some people recommend you take one day off a week. Note: I think I would just take Sundays off. Again, you’re not supposed to develop a tolerance to this, but taking a little break is probably a good idea. To improve the protocol , take CBD oil (25mg) 1-2 drops every night before sleep. To strengthen the protocol take Curcumin (600mg) twice a day with food.

My Thoughts

Fenbendazole is not that controversial when you consider the scientific evidence objectively.

Fenbendazole has at least 12 proven anti-cancer mechanisms in vitro and in vivo:

• disrupts microtubule polymerization (major mechanism)

• induces cell cycle (G2/M) arrest

• blocks glucose transport and impairs glucose utilization by cancer cells (major)

• increases p53 tumor suppressor levels (major)

• inhibits cancer cell viability (mTOR)

• inhibits cancer cell migration and invasion (EMT pathway)

• induces apoptosis

• induces autophagy

• induces pyroptosis and necrosis

• induces differentiation and senescence

• inhibits tumor angiogenesis

• reduces colony formation and inhibits stem-ness in cancer cells

• inhibits drug resistance and sensitizes cells to conventional chemo as well as radiation therapy

A very similar drug in the same family as Fenbendazole is FDA approved: Mebendazole, and it is in several Clinical Trials right now for brain cancers and colon cancers.

So why are there no Fenbendazole Clinical Trials for Cancer?

The answer seems rather obvious: it’s very cheap, it’s safe and it seems to be very effective.

Fenbendazole is not going to make anyone rich, and in cancer treatments, that is a non-starter.

What about COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine Induced Turbo Cancers?

Fenbendazole shows in vitro and/or in vivo activity against these cancers:

• breast cancer (including triple negative breast cancer - which is seen in COVID-19 mRNA Vaccinated individuals with Turbo Cancer)

• lymphomas (these are the most common COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine Turbo Cancers and there is more evidence for Fenbendazole with Lymphomas than with Ivermectin)

• leukemias (most aggressive COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine Turbo Cancers)

• glioblastomas and gliomas (extremely aggressive COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine Turbo Cancers)

• lung cancer (NSCLC) (strong signal for COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine Turbo Cancers)

• hepatocellular carcinoma (signal for COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine Turbo Cancers)

• rhabdomyosarcomas (possible signal for COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine Turbo Cancers, sarcomas in general are on the rise)

• ovarian cancers

• urothelial cancers

CONCLUSION:

Although the anti-parasitic Fenbendazole is not FDA approved for human use, there is extensive evidence of anti-cancer effects in the published literature, both in vitro and in vivo, and this is not a controversial medication, as it has been made out to be.

Fenbendazole has an excellent safety profile and its close relative, Mebendazole is FDA approved, and it’s undergoing several Clinical Trials for Cancer Treatments in the US right now, including colon cancers and brain cancers.

I believe that it is a reasonable hypothesis that COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine Turbo Cancer patients could benefit significantly from either Mebendazole or Fenbendazole and I would love to see urgent clinical trials with both.

And adding Ivermectin to the Fenbendazole protocol provides the most synergistic ‘holy grail’ cancer cure in plain sight that may also treat Alzheimer’s, mood disorders, Parkinson’s, Lyme Disease, Alpha-Gal Syndrom from Lone Star Disease, myocarditis, Hashimoto’s Disease, shingles (herpes), arthritis, leukemia, Lupus, skin conditions, and various other “incurable” ailments, including gain of function viral releases, “vaccine” shedding, seasonal flu and even the common cold:

Palantir’s first funder was the CIA’s In-Q-tel and the CIA was their only client until 2008. One CIA official involved in guiding Palantir’s early years, Alan Wade, is a former business partner of Ghislaine Maxwell’s sister Christine in the company Chiliad.

Other Thiel-funded and -backed companies like Clearview AI use the fact that they helped ID and imprison those present at the Capitol on January 6, 2021 as part of their sales pitch. After Jan 6, Clearview’s business w law enforcement grew by 26%

While Thiel has been described as “libretarian” or “alt-right”, Palantir CEO Alex Karp told the NYT in 2020 that his long-held fear that the American “far right” would murder him for being Jewish “propels” a lot of decisions made at the company

Palantir is also a major driver of pre-crime and “predictive policing”. Another Thiel-backed company Carbyne911 seeks to bring pre-crime to 911 call centers. Carbyne is intimately tied to Israeli intelligence and received at least $1 million in funding from Jeffrey Epstein

There’s a lot more in the article, but Thiel is due to be hugely influential in a 2nd Trump administration, esp now that Vance is his VP. The fact that Thiel built the tools for the CIA to target dissent from left and right based on online activity should concern everyone.
